Now that we're at the halfway point of AMC's encore presentations of Mad Men Season 2, why not revisit some of AMCtv.com's exclusive cast interviews? You may be surprised by what you learn.

• "Peggy is this mirror for Don, but at the same time she has a secret and she's not dealing with it in the same way Don is." --Matthew Weiner (Series Creator)

• "His circumstances have changed a bit, but what's really been cool about this show is we don't see a lot of what transpired over the fourteen months that we skipped over." --Jon Hamm (Don Draper)

• "So I did three or four months of lessons before we started shooting, and I've really started to enjoy it... I've started to jump and everything." --January Jones (Betty Draper)

• "Having somebody come in who has done a lot of work, and his father is Tom Hanks, then say he's a huge fan of the show just put me at ease." --Elisabeth Moss (Peggy Olson)

• "The whole season I want to subtly suggest that this was the year I was born and see if anyone in the audience gets it." --John Slattery (Roger Sterling)

• "Paul and Joan did have a relationship, and I think they're closer than a lot of people." --Christina Hendricks (Joan Holloway)

• "The death of someone so pivotal in your life really creates a self-analysis... I think the bigger question about the episode is 'How are we supposed to respond in certain situations?'" --Vincent Kartheiser (Pete Campbell)

• "A lot of men want to be around other men and don't want to have sex with them." --Bryan Batt (Salvatore Romano)

• "It is really funny how our on-screen relationship clearly seems to be inspired by our off-screen relationship." --Rich Sommer (Harry Crane)

• "Once he's there, to be sitting there and preaching about the value of advertising, which is a field that he also has a little bit of disdain for, is just hilarious." --Michael Gladis (Paul Kinsey)

• "I don't think Ken's lines are as surprising as some of the stuff that the women say to each other." --Aaron Staton (Ken Cosgrove)

Yes, there may be some men who just want to hang around other men for their company but those men do not turn another man's lighter into a fetish!

Salvatore is in the closet. I hope he finds himself for his own happiness.
