I am really upset at the time chosen for re-running Season 2. Why could you not have inserted Mad Men in between your two showings of Breaking Bad? Or put Mad Men first and then two showings of BB?
If memory serves, I seem to recall a Mad Men marathon on a Thursday night sometime last fall. I believe you showed re-runs of Season 1. Why can't you do another marathon of both seasons? I believe there is enough interest in seeing this wonderful, award winning program to merit its being shown on more than just one night a week. It boggles the mind that such a creative, excellently written and acted series is basically hidden away from most viewers - banished to 11 p.m. or midnight on Sundays. Please re-think your scheduling of this marvellous program. It truly deserves better.
Yes, and in May the schedule is even worse. 12 AM is a terrible time for people who have kids to get off to school.
It's as if AMC is satisfied with the current size of its audience. Surely not. I might add another disappointment unlike the first season, and despite advertisements to the contrary, Mad Men was not available free on demand last fall, at least not in my neck of the woods.
.....I'd be curious to know the general difference, overall, in viewer ages of the Mad Men audience, as compared to the Breaking Bad audience.
