Photos From Episode 9 - "Six Month Leave"

mad-men-don-in-hat.jpgFreddy may have been dismissed from Sterling Cooper but he still has a place of prominence in this week's episodic gallery. Among the photos documenting the men's night out is one knockout shot of Don slugging Jimmy Barrett in the jaw. Since this is Episode 9, the Season 2 photo gallery now totals nearly 100 photos. See for yourself. (And catch a sneak peek of Episode 10 while you're at it.)

What was it Roger was doing before his heart attack in the office? What a hypocrite for not at least giving Freddie one chance or at least talking to him about getting help and 1 month off. What a dick. And I knew when Duck threw his Dog out he was a piece of shit. And Pete will get what's coming to him if the writers of this show are true to life and show that what goes around comes around.

P.S. And I'm glad that little spud Barret got what was coming to him. Good for you Don. Did you notice the champ who Barrett referred to was called Floyd? Floyd Patterson I presume. What a paper tiger he turned out to be. Look out Floyd, here comes a truck disquised like a Bear named Sonny Liston who is going to kick your ass. Looks like Don's secretary is turning out to be a little snake who screws her way to the top. Seen those before. I hope Joan ends up cutting her down to size. She's the only one who can do it.

I loved that Don struck that lil worm, I screamed so loud yea, I scared my cat.

I hate Duck, he simply must go.

and that lil worm of a secretary. I hope Joan gets her day.

I forgot I have a question.

Is Colin Hanks (peggy's priest) Tom Hanks son?

Yes, Colin Hanks is Tom Hanks' son. Colin had a small part in Band of Brothers, too.

Don's boss, the gray-haired man, can't recall his name! Anyway, I am rather confused. At the end his wife Mona walked in and said gray-hair is leaving him for his secretary Margaret. WHY did Don say he wanted HIS secretary, Jane, off his desk?

I thought Mona said "a secretary". Then when you see Jane crying, we have to assume it was she.

madlywatching, she said talk to Margaret, that's his daughter.

it was obvous that the secy he is doing is Jane, Don's secy, that's why he wants her off his desk.

She was trying to smooze up to Don by buying him shirts, I guess that was her next conquest.

I've worked for lots of "Joans" over the years. They never "get theirs" ... what happens is that you move on, and they never do so they're stuck as "queen" of secretarial pool forever. That's a punishment in itself. Ha! Ha!

Don and sterling are sitting in a bar after putting freddie in a cab and there is muffeled music in the backround. Can anyone find out what it is? It's driving me crazy!
