WGA Likes Mad Men, Too
As the strike drags on, shows are being canceled, seasons are being truncated, and projects are being stalled. Yet for those who need a further reminder of the importance of the writerly contribution, nominees have been announced re: the 60th edition of the WGA Awards. We're pleased to report that Mad Men is featured prominently among them. A contender for Best Dramatic Series, Best New Series, and Best Episodic Drama, AMC's critically acclaimed original program was the only show this year to be nominated in all three of those categories.
