While the critics pull together their top ten lists, here are ten "Best of" lists that cited Mad Men as tops.
1. Boston Globe: "The best surprise of the year was MAD MEN... exquisitely designed, but more importantly, exquisitely told."
2. Dallas Morning News: "Best new dramatic series... a smart and stylish period piece."
3. LA Weekly: "A legitimate heir to The Sopranos."
4. Orlando Sentinel: "By far the best new TV series of the year."
5. New York Times: "Among its many gifts, Mad Men... gave us an intimate portrayal of class warfare midway into the 20th century."
6. Sacramento Bee: "...dead-on, smoky, thoroughly chilling look back at what we once were."
7. San Francisco Chronicle: "A startingly good show... an ideal cast and a team of designers who rendered every suit lapel, martini glass and suburban party scene in rigorous detail."
8. Seattle Post-Intelligencer: "(Creator Matthew Weiner) elevated the artistry of television to another level entirely."
9. St. Louis Dispatch: "...strikingly original and addictive drama."
10. Toronto Globe & Mail: "The great and pleasant surprise of the year."

Why a midnite schedule? How about a normal hour rerun?
Hey guys! Jon Hamm makes a cameo appeareance on "Space Cowboys" on TNT at 1:00pm E.S.T today, Sunday, January 6, 2008. He plays younger pilot No.2 flying next to the Space Shuttle just before it lands in Florida. Can't see much of his gorgeous face because of the oxygen mask he's wearing but you can see his dreamy eyes, his BUTCH-like neck and when I hear his voice, it just makes me exclaim, "Thank God that I'M ALIVE!!!":)
