When the writers made the scene for you to appear with your underwear, did it make you feel weird or uncomfortable?
Harry is a great character on the show and you have done a wonderful job making him so darn likable! I loved the scenes between Harry and Hildy. [Ladies, go for the quiet ones every time!]
Harry is trying to do all the right things (stop smoking, be faithful to his wife, be a team player, and manage up) and he has chosen to work in a field that has very few rules. In addition to reconciling with Jennifer, what does Harry want and what experiences in his past gave him a more maturity than some of his peers?

Hi There Mr. Sommer, Congratulations on the second season renewal. Mad Men is beyond great. It is fantastic! What is your favorite scene? I liked the underwear scene...unexpected and funny! (Not you in the undies...just the scene in general) The way it was so matter of fact...there you were with the smoking trash can and Don just calmly asked you to come in his office like all was normal! Hilarious! Oh..what was it that you were going through (papers) on your desk when Hildy came in just before the drunken tryst scene? Love your acting and hope you get more to do next season...also loved the lollipops/pacifiers!
Other posters noted that your character Harry looks like a young Isaac Asimov. Was that the look you were going for?

Congrats on such wonderful scenes in the last 2 episodes! Since Harry was kindof the "moral" of the show before the Hildy interlude, what do you see as the future for his character in S2? And also, why do you think he slept with Hildy when he obviously immediately regretted it? Just drunk?

I heard your interview with Paul Levinson & you said you think Harry told his wife he slept with Hildy. Is this how scripts are written - where the actor doesn't know exactly what happened? And if so, do you discuss it with anyone on the set or just act the scene as written?

Congrats on a great season, and the upcoming one! As a Jazz musician, a lot of what I do is improvised, and I see in your Bio that you are involved in Improvisational Theater. My question is twofold: Are you "allowed" to improvise at all on "Mad Men", and how much of your personal experiences are brought in to play when you portray Harry?
