Not believable, forehead crunching, didn't have a sense of place. You didn't belong there. Surprised it made it. Not a win.

Hi,

Amy Rogers here (submitted Betty and Joan pieces). Lovely, natural and watchable! Congrats. I alos enjoyed the submissions of your friends!

FYI, cowardly and shameful Nora Paradiso is now going by the name "justwondering" with a new photo.

The best acting job of all the finalists and one of the only ones who actually earned his votes to get here. Great job Robert. Best of luck!

Just like old wine, gets better each time I watch it! Best of the lot! Great job Robbie. Keep it up!

When I was a contestant, I didn't vote for anyone. However, now I am advocating for Robbie. Not only is the show that I love deficient of African Americans, Robbie "head-and-shoulders" did the best job of anyone in this contest, including the Dracula dude.

I am so psyched about the idea of an African American being introduced into the storyline of Mad Men, I am volunteering my writing services to help write it, Matt Weiner. I am an English teacher/journalist in Lafayette, Louisiana. I write. Robbie acts. Bring an African American into the fold. Email: aintsaintsgreat@yahoo.com.

The show needs an African American. Best I can recall, African Americans existed during the decade of the 1960s. Let's inch our storyline a little closer to reality. Hire Robbie. Hire me. I'll write the storyline if you can't conjure up a way to incorporate an actual African American into the plot. I'm just sayin'...

Matt Weiner, you need an African American on Mad Men. Hire Robbie. He's not the last African American on Earth, but he is the most worthy contestant on this forum. Whether he receives the most votes or not is not the determining factor. You, Matt Weiner, are the determining factor. Hire Robbie. Hire me.

No, I do not have a man-crush on Robbie. That is not what this is all about. I passionately believe in your show, Matt Weiner. I grew up with a stay-at-home mother who ran all of the errands and a father who partook of many a martini lunch. The sixties resulted in an intriguingly disparate parental base in America. I grew up in the sheltered sixties and seventies household. I can do it justice.

You do belong. I'm such a poor loser. Take care and best of luck!

Robert - I posted on other pages that Mike Kimmel was my favorite "Betty" and Elizabeth Reynolds was my favorite "Don", but the Joan clips were the strongest for me. Valerie and Sabine's clips were hoots, but they cancelled each other out in terms of my vote, so it came down to you and Avis. I gave you each a vote.

I loved your "HR" style delivery and to bottom line it, there are already characters on the show that look like most of the people who have clips here, but none that look like you. In other words, the introduction of an African American character on a show taking place in the 60's - such a revolutionary time period in U.S. history - opens up so many plot line opportunities. Good luck Robert!

Hey neighbor! I was at a party last night and my good friend Craig Carlisle mentioned that he directed you in Joe Fearless back in NY! He says hello, good luck, and voted for you! I too have been a fan of this entry since early on. Very natural performance. Good luck Robert it's been a pleasure!
