Thanks for the vote and the comment, and congratuations. I only wish I could have been on the finalist list with you. But I feel this contest was handled un-fairly with my case. I submited 3 videos almost a month ago, I thought they would show up sooner or later. One of my videos was accepted and never posted. So I tried submiting again, only one of my videos was selected and posted and by that time I only had a week to get votes. I felt it was a tad unprofessional to see this going on. This is so hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing the first couple of times that I watched it. The talking to the lamp thing works because I get the sense that this character has a way more complex monologue running in her head alongside the dialogue. I'm laughing every time I wonder what she just thought to herself to prompt the next line. It's comic genius. I would love to see a whole show/film about this character! Great work. I did a little Google search on you Funny Lady. Wow, are you really the Daughter of the Famous Professor from Nanny and the Professor ? Well, if that's so, you definitely inherited the Talent gene, that's for sure. You kill me everytime, I had to watch yours a couple times, truly brilliant and sooooo funny. This is an orignal take on Joan and very creative on your part. Although you could have recited to a paperbag and you still would of ACED it. You got my Vote Valerie Long.
