Holy Christ! Put this guy on TV. He's amazing and a natural match for Mad Men.

You know it when you watch. He gets it. This is a wonderful performance. He has taken a strong script, and created his own brilliant interpretation. Full disclosure - I know Josh. This doesn't negate the fact that it is my strong opinion that he would be a tremendous addition to this all ready great show.

This clip is amazing. I've looked at the other videos and his is the top, my favorite. His style, charisma, intellect and humor can be sensed from just this short clip. He would be a great addition to your show.

You have some good frinds to comment on you, but do they have your best interest at heart. I didn't believe any of it! Not good. Go back to class. Not a win.

oh, nora. i can't help but recognize that you're overlooking this actor's understated technique and confusing it with a poor performance. i think his choices are very well thought out and refreshingly honest - like the show! these actors are not playing at characters in a period drama... they embody the characters with the kind of realness that you'd expect of a good, solid modern piece. that's what sets this series - and this particular actor - apart.

A beautiful portrayal; you made Betty feel like a truly haunted and tragic character. Good luck!

Ohhh this Nora woman has got to go! If AMC hired Josh, I assure you they would pay all of his friends for the sheer delight of meeting him. Josh's video is great, but JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU MEET HIM IN PERSON!!! He's sooo original, you'll be laughing all the way to the bank. He will seriously make somebody MONEY... lots of it& who wouldn't want to be affiliated with such an iconic character?! If only I could be like uncle Josh. MADSTEIN 08' DOOO ITTTT PLEASE

I think the spare, haunting quality of this submission is a compelling riff on Betty's sense of emptiness and loss on the show, without just being an impersonation.

This “contest” was like something Pete Campbell would have contrived, straight out of a Mad Men script. Its only purpose was to serve its host (AMC TV) at the expense of most of those involved. This was not a contest that was based on talent, creativity, originality or quality in any way. It was a shameless MARKETING CONTEST and should have been advertised as such.

The majority of the finalists in the “contest” are there for one reason only; they are networked to hundreds of people who cast votes for them based solely on relationship. It was obvious and everyone knows it. If these people had submitted videos of a dog taking a dump in the park, they still would have gotten their 400 to 1000 votes from their connections/networks.

A lot of the show’s fans and supporters who worked hard to produce quality submissions never stood a chance in this “contest”. I think I can see where the inspiration for the characters on the show comes from. Don Draper may not have slept with any of the “contest” entrants’ wives, but a lot of talented people got screwed. But congratulations AMC; you got your webpage hits. Mission accomplished. SHAME ON YOU!

This riveting performance fully captures the dark, tortured essence of the show. After viewing Josh Weinstein as "Betty Draper," I poured myself a highball, lit a cigarette, and cleaned out my shotgun with a lacy kitchen apron.

Wow, what a talent!! This is subtle and wholly amazing. Makes me Really want to see this guy be Betty. Kudos.
