About Jacob: "I'm a starving actor in LA. Seriously, I'm constantly hungry. After high school and college in NH, I left my family and friends and moved to LA. I love Mad Men and would be honored to be on the show!"

This guy is funny - He should be on the show.
Nice acting, good timing. Well done.
Wow, I hate him already. Well done! This guy is good. I'd like to see him on Mad Men.
Not only is this guy a hottie! What a good actor... he actually made me laugh... his acting choices...Why haven't I seen him in anything else before... He's HOT!
Jacob, Jackie - whatever. Think 2009-2010 season - when you get to play a lead in a series - think of the financial security after 6 seasons and days off playing in Malibu. Stay away from the hard stuff - life's gonna be great - watch as it unfolds. And that's the TRUTH...
HOW DID YOU GET 365 VOTES IN ONE DAY - IMPOSSIBLE - I SMELL A RATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
i'm not sure what "smelling a rat" even means with regards to a contest like this... but this guy's video is VERY creative and original. i love how he split up the dialogue - talking into the phone for the first line. switching the genders works well, and his acting is very believable.
subtle, understated, genuine and witty... really sharp work
There is no other scene that comes close to this one. Head and shoulders above the rest - I can't wait to see Jacob on Mad Men. End this contest now and just give him the scripts!
Matthew Weiner and the producers should write a permanent role for you on the show.
You are great! Very natural, funny and believable...or maybe that is your true personality...I hope not. Great work. Keep it up! Looking forward to your big break!
A star is born!! Really good stuff, I hope to soon be wincing at your dashing rudeness on the real show!
Must have a lot of friends. Lots of votes for one day.
Jacob - just wanted to say I was kidding about the Rat comment earlier - I'm sure you have a ton of friends who voted. Wishing you Good Luck. I have a Joan entered and a Peggy, Betty and now my Don Draper is in Editors pick - please view mine if you get a moment. Yours was shot like a mini movie - I'm sure a lot work went into your production & it shows.

The GIRL is funny. SHE should be on the show.
Jacob, really nice job. Well conceived, original, smooth and real. The girl too, very good. Where and when did you shoot that? That must have been a challenge and whoever shot it for you did a great job as well. Editing, sound, everything. It all worked to highlight the performance. You would be perfect on Mad Men. Good luck. Todd Andrews
Hey Jacob, I'm a fellow contestant and even am doing the same monologue, but I'm no dummy; you did a wonderful job and deserve all the positive feedback! The "naysayers" should all just be pleased that someone with actual talent is raking in the votes. You did a really great job and it shows that you put alot of work into your clip. Of course I'd love to win, but I congratulate you on a job well done indeed. Looking forward to seeing you on the show and hopefully working together someday! Keep "breaking a leg"!
Man Steals Job From Woman. Wow, I was sorry when the sequence ended. The A-grade production values helped, but so did the acting, directing, costuming and so on. Great job, even if you have 559 friends.
Great job. I was mesmerized by this guys performance. Forget "walk-on", this fellow should have a role written just for him on Mad Men
