Very nice. How different this monologue sounds coming from a man. Compare to Ashley Carper doing Roger Sterling and how different that monologue sounds coming from a woman. When Joan tells Peggy this, she seems sincerely helpful; but when a man says the same lines it sounds as if he's trying to make sure she knows who's in charge.
I wish men would stop playing Joan. It is kind of ridiculous. you are just reinterpreting lines. I thought the point was to actually play Joan. Why don't you try one of the male roles. Maybe that would be more challenging since you would actually have to play the real role.
