10. Fox Mulder and Dana Scully (The X-Files)
Mulder and Scully's "will they or won't they" schtick drove X-Files fans crazy for years. But like Cheers' Sam and Diane, Mulder and Scully lost a bit of their heat once they actually got together -- by the time I Want to Believe rolled around, they were practically an old married couple. But there's no denying the truth: In their heyday, Mulder and Scully were hotter than an irradiated black oil victim.
