What is the background music heard during the spot for "AMC Celebrates the 35th Anniversary of The Godfather"
You have The Godfather and The Godfather II playing tonight (2/14). Each time the commercials end and the AMC logo appears, I hear a very pretty orchestral piece but have no idea what it is. Can anyone help?

Sorry I haven't seen that ad. But since it's a pretty orchestral piece, could it have been The Godfather theme?
Unfortunately, no. I'd recognize the Godfather theme anywhere, and this wasn't part of the movie. This music was similar to the music you always hear in the background of movie trailers. Y'know - that overly dramatic yet beautiful orchestral/operatic piece that makes you want to run right out and see the movie? ;)
