DVD Enhanced Versions Shown Only Once?
Why are the DVD Enchanced version of movies (letter boxed with interesting trivia displayed beneath) shown only once? I caught the last 30 minutes of "The Graduate" a few months ago and was saddened to see that it would never be shown again. What is the thinking behind this decision? Are DVD enchanced movies available elsewhere?

Unfortunately, there are no further airings of The Graduate in the near future. The reasoning behind airing some enhanced, others not, is simply a matter of preference, I believe. Some people prefer the information, others prefer just to watch the movie...
i can not find out in your newletters or your emails where you list upcoming dvd_tv airings. the link you posted above is nice to see what has shown in the past buy why is it so difficult to find what is upcoming?
it would serve your viewership better to have upcoming dvd_tv airings posted prominently on the first page of all of your listings, emails etc...
and when movies are in letterbox form it is easy enough to ignore the words along the bottom if you want so i would say always have them.
an additional thought would be to run the dvd_tv info in the closed captioning channel or wavelength or whatever so people could enable it or not as they would like.
I agree with both. I LOVE enhanced version and would LOVE to know when each month's selection will be shown. I'll check this blog as often as possible. If anyone finds September's title, please let it be known here...thanks.
