I had seven who were most likely dead. We don't see the bus driver or Luther's gal pal get shot, but we don't see them alive afterwards either. Still, I did not count them. I counted the cop in the subway eventhough he may have been saved by a vest, etc..., but not the third chain-gang guard who called for help.
