Actually, your question contains an error. The question should be phrased which Rocky films (plural) weren't directed by Stallone himself. Neither the first original Rocky movie or Rocky V were directed by Stallone. All of the other 4 Rocky movies were directed by Sly.
From what I found there are 2 he did not direct. Rocky and Rocky V were directed by John G. Avildsen

The people in the earlier posts were correct. The question should read, which Rocky flims were not directed by Sylvester Stallone. Rocky was directed by John G. Avildsen , who won an academy award for best director. After some creative differences Stallone took over directing Rocky II, shortly before filming. He directed Rocky III and Rocky IV. John G. Avildsen returned for Rocky V, and Stallone returned for Rocky Balboa.
