We all need to get rid of this pest on our site...

He shows up every sunday on the watch & chat to spam messages and irritate everyone who is on the forum. He used to go by the name of Bevimore. Every time he gets on the forum, someone reports him and gets his account banned, but then promptly makes a new one. However, he always makes the profile picture a close-up of a grey cat. We must put a stop to him from the root and ban his IP address, if possible. I guarantee all of you that he will be back next sunday in some way, shape, or form. I ask all of you to be on active lookout for him and report him for spam immediately, for the good of the entire community.
