Please help me with past scenes/details

When Gus visited Gale's apartment, I remember he turned down an offer of a cup of tea(?). My guess is that he didn't touch anything, therefore he has left no fingerprints. Can you confirm this?

Also, what is the name of the episode where Gus is talking to the cartel guy and the assassination happens?

and p.s. I just happened to stay up last night to watch the show and I am glad I did because my cable and DVR went Ka-flooey at about 9:30 EST!!! There was much shouting and gnashing of teeth at my house both before and during the show. :-0
