Talk: Breaking Bad: July 2011
Foreshadowing - "Devil in the Details"
"One little mistake, one slip up in our story that can ruins us." -Skyler S04 E03.
Gilligan did say everything, even the smallest detail has consequences in Breaking Bad.
Question is, have we already seen this "slip up", if so what do you think it is,was?
If the Cartel takes out Gus, what does Walt do?
One possibility is that the Cartel would retaliate and kill Gus and maybe even Mike. I wonder if this would happen this season.
If so, would Walt then take Gus' place, or does he make a deal with the Carteleros?

Breaking Bad watching house party?
It would be great to watch Breaking Bad with other folks that are really interested in the show. It would be great if a bar had Breaking Bad, similar to how people go to a sportsbar to watch the game. Or if someone had a Breaking Bad house party. Does any event like this exist? Does any event like this exist in the Chicago metro area?
HOMELESS
Homeless and tonight I begin living in my car here in Albuquerque. I guess my address will be my license plate number JDW354. Never thought at the age of 53 this would be happening to me.

Walter White on Bill Maher
The Emmy Guy himself is on Real Time with Bill Maher tonight, those without HBO, I will post tomorrow about it. Just wondering what Bryan will look like, Hair or no hair, ETC. THE HAT would be cool
Pamala's "Box Cutter" Podcast
Sorry so behind guys.
Being in Ca on vacation and meeting Mr. Bryan Cranston seems a reasonable explanation for delay don't ya think?
Here's my 30 min "Box Cutter" podcast for those interested in a listen.
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/pamala/2011/07/28/breaking-bad-talk--401-box-cutter
Tomorrow 30 minutes on "Thirty Eight Snub" (I'll offer that as a link in the comments here to save space) then back to live Mondays at 11 EST with an open chatroom and call in line. Thanks for listening and I hope you won't hesitate to offer your own thoughts in the comments after listening to mine.
Something's wrong with the show's logo
I don't know if anyone else has caught on this, but the electron configuration for Ba in "Breaking Bad" is wrong. In the logo, it reads 2-8-18-7, when it should be 2-8-18-18-8-2. You could actually see it at the top of this page, only its in very small print.
Here's a better picture of it:
http://www.storminforms.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/breaking-bad.jpeg
Everyone makes mistakes, no big deal, but how perfect can a perfect show get? Either way, I can't help but notice it every time I see the intro to the show. I'm sure if Walt saw this, his OCD would be itching at getting this fixed.
Poetic Justice
Wouldn't it be ironic if Gale's coffee ended up being Walt's undoing? Yes, kind of farfetched but imagine this scenerio...
Hank is with the DEA guy looking through Gale's notebook.
Hank (reading aloud): " Use beans from xxx region of xxx, heat water to xxx degrees... What the hell is this?"
DEA guy: "It's a recipe for coffee. Looks like our guy was trying to make the perfect cuppa in addition to the perfect meth."
Later we see Skyler and Walt on the phone. Skyler says Hank's having a rough time and Walt should stop in for a visit. As Walt leaves the lab the next day we see him pause, look at Gale's contraption and reach for a thermos.
Cut to Hank's bedroom. Walt walks in with the thermos, two mugs and a big, fake smile.
Walt: "Hey there Hank. Just thought I'd drop by for a cup of coffee with my favorite brother-in-law. Wait until you taste this. Best coffee in Albuquerque."
Hank takes a sip: "Damn, that is good. You're a genius..."
Walt: "I can't take the credit. It's the creation of a former colleague of mine."
Hank takes another sip: "Well, it's the best I've ever had. Wish I knew his secret..."
Walt: "Oh, I don't think he'd mind if I told you. You get beans from the xxx region of xxx. Then, heat the water to precisely xxx degrees..."
Hank Gay?
So after watching "Thirty-Eight Snub," I'm thinking tough guy hank may be gay. He doesn't give Marie the time of day, and he seems pretty into his physical therapist... Anyone else have the same suspicion?
At which point did your opinion of Walt change?
Hi People! I'm a newbie here and have been only watching BB for two weeks. In that time I have gotten up-to-date with the episodes. I was just wondering at which point did your opinion of Walt change and you really realised he had no scruples? I really love the character and still do. I was kind of rooting for him from the begining because of his situation, but when he did nothing for Jane thats when I realised he was an asshole! What do people think?
WHO KILLED GALE?
is there anyone out there in 'bad land' that has insight to the answer of this question? i do not believe that jesse shot/killed Gale. ANYONE????
Heisenberg's Hat
I love when Walt wears the "Heisenberg Hat" and his other persona comes out! I would like to predict that whatever happens in the season finale, he will be wearing his Heisenberg Hat!!

Boone County career center closes after meth residue found
GOOD SONG
FOR DAVE PORTER find an episode for the song LONG TIME by CAKE very edgy you think?
SKYLER
like anna gunn, but if she couldn't play the part, don't you think LAURA LINNEY COULD?
Return of Apology Girl
I love the scene which showed how the cigarette with the lipstick (from the lovely Jane) got in Jesse's car ashtray---
More scenes with Jane please!! Either from the past or have her appear as Apology Girl in a dream or drug-induced hallucination where he can talk to her about his feelings about killing Gale or other things on his mind... maybe he goes so deep into delusion from remorse that he convinces himself the hallucination is real and uses "her" to help him in his decision-making....
Where can I find the song Shaka Tois by HoneyComb?
Any idea? Thank you
Some of you look way too deep into this
Some suggesting that gus is dead by the way of Mike? please. No Way!!! For one,Guss admitted in an interview he has a big showdown with Gomie in episode 12. Second the voice on the phone was that new guy. This episode was just a way to show nobody is happy at the aftermath of that. Jesse always had a hard time getting over stuff understandably. We are talking death.I noticed people look way too far into everything on this show.
First song on jesses stereo found!!!!

Parallel with "Taxi Driver"
Did anyone else remember the scene in "Taxi Driver" when Travis Bickle buys the guns from "Easy Andy" in the hotel room? Besides the 44 magnum, he gets a nickel plated 38 snub(nose) . . .
Gus-Mike-Walt relationship
1. Killing Gus hurts more than helps. The Superlab is located inside a legit business and so is the the distribution arm through Polio Chicken. Plus Gus has the money to keep the business going. No way he's dead yet...
2. Mike killed Saul for helping Walt and Jesse. Plain and simple. No half measures...
3. Walt will not be able to kill Mike or Gus with conventional means as we saw in the bar. He's not a Jason Bourne trigger man like Mike. It will have to be Tuco-style utilizing science. Or by tipping off the DEA through Hank the way Gus played the DEA against the cartel.
4. Jesse's comment in the finale "We've had a good run..." will come back into play this season. He wants out.
5. Walt will eventually kill Jesse or set him up to die. This will be how the writers turn us (the fans) against Walt as tje series comes to a close.
"The note pad"
I am more than just a little curious as to what is in that note pad! Does anyone know if there is a link on AMC's site to view some of the content?
The no-legged shiney suit guy...still alive right?
Was wondering if possibly I missed an episode, but was trying to fig out all the loose ends...
Breaking Bad gear ?
Breaking Bad fans would love to promote their favorite show and sport Breaking Bad gear. Will we be able to buy or win some in the future? I was lucky to be able to win a Breaking Bad t-shirt from AMC during the second season and I love it !!! I would definitely buy a hoodie if one was available.
Money Laundering
Now that the car was offer was rejected I think Sky will try to launder money through Beneke Fabrications. Ted already has shown he's not above a little funny business in the accounting dept. Any other ideas where Walt and Skylar will move thier millions - besides Hank's minerals and physical therapy.
Why I don't think breaking bad is taking off in the mid west
simple- meth, hasn't gripped the druggies hear yet. When I'm in the south west that's all I hear about. I'm in Detroit. It practically don't exist. Therefore most don't understand. Crack and smack still dominate our pharmaceutical trenches..lest us not forget pills.
The Pizza
Was Jesse and Badger's argument about cutting the pizza a callback to when Walt threw the pizza on the roof in one piece? Anyone know any actual pizza places that don't cut their pizzas into slices?
gus?
I think Mike killed Gus. He looked wiped out, and then the bit of blood. He told Walter, You will never see Gus again.
Mike's Real Feelings
After the premiere, I thought he might change his mind about working for Gus, but like last season where we saw him being a James Bond-level badass, he still has secrets to hide. Do you think he's going to change his mind eventually? I think at this point, he would rather be working for Gus, who at least has control, than Walt, who would have no idea how to run the business on a wider scale. Mike and Walt even look alike, but Mike is the type of person Walt wants to be, not who he necessarily is.
DJ Roomba
I loved the shot from on top of the Roomba. Was the roomba remote controlled? Also, the use of lighting in this episode was really striking (the door of the bar, Walt standing in the street, the lights on Jesse's sound system).

Did Victor leave fingerprints on the doorway in "Boxcutter"?
I seem to remember that he leaned into the doorway. I apologize for asking, my DVR died that night so I can't review it. (fixed now)
IF those lab notes seem promising to LE they should strip that apartment down and re-build it like the Pam Am plane that blew up over Lockerbie. If so, they should at least find some of the chemicals from the laundry facility from Victor's shoes. Given how scrupulous the actual lab is, I don't think they will find meth making chemicals. Anyone else?
MARIE : Will Blood be thicker than marriage?
Marie has already demonstrated that she can “Break Bad”, with her compulsive need to pilfer. Currently she also has the stressor of an emotionally abusive husband as well as a real need for “deep stacks” to deal with ongoing medical bills. She also has a strong bond to a sister, who in turn is involved in the Meth trade. Could it be possible that Marie will eventually assist in Skyler’s business of laundering money from Walt’s meth business!? What a turn of events if Marie, Hanks wife, becomes part of the Meth gang that Hank is obsessively tracking down!?
More Exitential threat arrives by the end of Episode 3
In Season 2 we had Tuco, Season 3 the Cousins, now by Episode 3 of this Season we may have a new theat that is more existant than immediate. Here's a link to explain...
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/showtracker/2011/07/breaking-bad-season-four-preview-slowed-down-a-bit-but-still-the-best-show-on-tv.html
check out the "2.)" part down the page to read all about it..it dosn't give away all that much. Episode 3 may be a doosey of an episode! Hell Yea! Bring it!
I don't want to spoil away to many predictions of my own as they may be spoilers so I'll comment on them below.
The link is also a full good read on Season 4 in general. More character dram to be seen this Season, which I love, just like in Season 2. I predict The lab is going to get deadly this Season for sure!
Jessie did not kill Gale
Gale is dead, Jessie shot but hit the tea pot, runs out, but Gale is killed by one of the gang that found the info at the chemical supply depo. No one yet knows that this agent is still active...
Breaking Bad Tshhirts
I NEED the "COOK" tshirt Vince Gilligan is wearing for the premier. COVETTING
Is there anyone else from the ABQ?
I am trying to find out the location for Jesse's apartment when he lived next to Jane. I know on one side is Lead street but I couldn't see the name of the apartment street. That is a sweet apartment! Does it really exist? I would love to check out that area.

Cast me YO!
Just as the title says, "Cast ME!" I love this show and, if scripted, would kill to be on it. Not many shows I would say that about on now a days. "Spartacus on Starz, The Walking Dead right here too, Shameless on Showtime and Weeds.
I'm available yo! Let's do this.
Gale's Lab Book
Anyone think Gus and the superlab are going down this season? Gale's lab book was the last scene and im sure the DEA will get its hands on it. I'm sure once it reaches Hank assuming it does, this will spark him to come out of his self pitty.
TO BIG FOR HIS BRITCHES
Have you ever heard that expression? Walter was very sure of himself at the end of season 3. "....you might want to hold off on that.....your boss is gonna need me..." Then in season 4 episode 1 we see Walt walking down the driveway holding up his(to big) pants with one hand, his keys in the other. He seems to have been knocked down a notch or two.
Why Gus killed Victor[I think his name was Victor,I could be wrong...]
Gus killed him for several reasons.1 He was seen at the crime scene .2 He did not protect Gale 3 Gus was very pissed off ,so he let off steam and felt better afterwards 4 No more Mr Nice Guy,Gus showed just how ruthless he can be 5 Victor was getting too big for his boots ,thinking he could be The Chef and 6 most importantly; the message We are in this together,we are all murderers and we all know it...
Hank's future
I think Hank will eventually stop feeling sorry for himself and figure out how his medical bills have been paid.He can't bust Walter, because it's a family thing and he has been compromised, his medical bills having been paid with 'drug money'..I love the irony...I think he will break bad too.Maybe he will even eventually become the new Gus,the new Mr.Big...
Walt's Biggest Flaw?
This is sort of a "WHICH CAME FIRST? THE CHICKEN OR THE EGG?" kind of question. Which character flaw do you think sent Walt down the path of breaking bad?
Pride - because he wouldn't accept money from his former lab partners? An inferiority complex - because he didn't have the confidence to fulfill his early promise? Lack of conscience - because now he can't seem to stop his criminal actions no matter who it hurts, endangers or kills (i.e. Jane and Donald Margolis, Hank, Gale, Combo, Krazy8, Saul, Jesse)? Greed? Ambition? No empathy?
I think I'd have to say that Walt's greatest flaw which in enabled everything to happen and continue on is his lack of conscience. Somehow, his faulty rationalizing seems to smooth over any concerns about what his actions have wrought on those around him that a normal conscience (or morality) would have prevented him from doing.
Gale was Heisenberg and Victor shot him in the face.
And this is why the heat is not on Walt, again.
This is a conclusion that could be drawn by evidence like Victors abandoned car, Gales notes and his cell phone which Victor had just harrasingly rang off the hook.
How much sympathy does Gale really deserve?
In many of the interviews and comments Gale has been described as "sweet" and basically just a great guy. But he did choose to become involved in a dangerous, illegal business. Regardless of his rationalizations that he would at least provide a purer product, he still contributes to the conditions that Spooge and The Skank raised their boy in. Then there's the drug house where Hank rescues Jesse. So was Gale really that innocent, and is this a way of "karma" coming back to him?
What about Skyler, now that she's "breaking bad" herself, or anyone else in the show?
GRAND SLAM BREAKFAST
The scene at Denny’s was a very powerful moment. The dialogue is very revealing. But, there seems to be more going on. As Jesse was ridiculing Walt fear that Gus could find another chemist, by describing who the new chemist would have to be, he was describing himself.

A short promo I through together as kinda brief recap of the end of season 3.
Skyler White - The Underestimated Player
Thrust into a world that she wouldn't have chosen, Skyler is adapting very rapidly. Although Walt is a chemistry genius and a quick study of the "business", Skyler is showing she can think quicker on her feet. I believe once she starts accumulating power by controlling the front business for the money laundering operation, her real talent for problem solving will become apparent.
Skyler's growing influence will pull her into the total operation when she may be needed to save Walt. By the time Skyler's passion for Walt rekindles she may be the one in real control. Be Prepared !!! Keep Watching !!! When Skyler "Breaks Bad" it could be in a Spectacular Fashion that will shock Walt, rock the series, and dominate the entertainment news.
Predictions for next episode ??
looks like Walt & Mike are gonna do a little re-enactment from The Godfather...
Gus
Why did Gus broke bad? Do you think he's regretting it now?
BrBa Character vs. _______??
If you're not laughing, you're not living they say. With that in mind, the best show ever is a little short on lulz, so post here with a character from BrBa in a fight with...anybody, live or dead, fictional or not, and tell us the results of the epic bout.
Gus vs. Tony Montana - It takes a long time because Tony is coked up, but in the end Gus breaks his neck. Gus gets poked in the eye and part of an ear bitten off.
Like that...have at it.
A LAST NAE
How come Mike does not have a last name? He is the only one on the whole cast?
crawling on stomachs?
Can anyone explain the episode last season(?) where those cartel hitmen and mexicans were all crawling around on their stomachs? I have never figured that one out!
POD CAST ?
DID Kelly DIoon start the podcast for season4?
So, I take it there will be no podcasts for season 4
The last time I asked ,Clayton Neuman was gracious enough to post a link to the Breaking Bad podcasts which normaly are posted right after an episode has aired, Although podcasts from seasons past are there, the one for season 4 has not. So, are they comming? Did they cancle them? Is it a tech thing?
Hate to be such a nag about it, but i really enjoyed those podcasts and would like to know whats up.
thank you for your time

Let's Give Mike a Last Name
I’d like to star a petition to give Mike a last name. Something with an Italian on Sicilian flair. I like “Vecchio.” Michael Vecchio. Maybe known growing up as “Mickey the Blade.” A name he didn’t like which caused him to move to the Midwest and go straight for a while as a cop.
season 3 episode 13
I was captivated by Gale's music the whole scene was endearing in that nerdy way. Is there a possibility of getting a list or recordings of these unusual music selections?
I’m a three-time, 12-year brain cancer survivor and I relate to Walt…
I tried to post this yesterday as a question to Vince G. and not sure if it made it, so here comes Round Two. And in re-writing this I’m not sure if it’s a question or a statement?
Beyond the brilliant writing and acting, I connect with this show on a different level as a cancer survivor. Diagnosed my senior year in college (’99) for the first time, I was diagnosed again in ’03 and ’08. There have been three surgeries, 27 months of chemo and 33 rounds of radiation. 12 years later, and being the father of two children under the age of six, I find myself “justifying” the behavior and decisions Walt has made to better the life of his family.
Many people – including Vince G. – have different ideas of when Walt officially “Broke Bad” and sped past the point of no return. To me it was in the episode Crazy Handful of Nothing in Season One (I think that was the title) right after Walt almost blew up the entire floor with fake meth. It was the scene where Walt was in his car all alone and grabbed the steering wheel in his car. Walt let out a primal scream that was equal parts pent up anger and the realization that he didn’t care anymore.
It’s kind of like Walt put his toe in the pool to check the temperature during the Tuco scene, and after it seemed like he was ready to do a back flip off a high dive and didn’t even care about checking to see if there was water in the pool.
And to me, that’s the thing with cancer and why I can relate to parts of this show and Walt’s character. I chose life a long time ago, and I would do whatever it takes to stay alive. I’ve long passed the point of no return in my cancer journey, and once you do that you can’t ever go back. While I can’t see myself ever slinging meth, yo, I would have no problem doing many of the awful things has done to protect myself or my family. What’s the worst thing that can happen? Death?
And that’s why I connect with this show so deeply. For non-cancer survivors it’s extremely difficult to express what it feels like to have a terminal disease. For more than a decade, to hundreds of people, I’ve done my best to articulately explain what “it” feels like to be dying of cancer, but now I simply say, “Have you ever seen Breaking Bad?” And I guess that’s about the highest compliment I could ever pay a show… It’s real to the core.
A circuitous route to my question, I wonder if Vince or his team of writers had any level of interaction with cancer survivors while writing this show. Am I the only cancer survivor that feels this way?

My Gawd!!! Who's Hotter??!! Marie or Skyler??!!
I think Marie is SUPER HOT!! She's so supportive of Hank even though she's a bit nuts herself! Betsy Brandt, if you ever get a divorce, I'll marry you and love you for the rest of our lives!! I'm younger than your husband!! LOLOLOL!!! :P So who's the hottest on the show??!!!!
God how I miss the discourse of last week
At least there weren't hundreds of complete idiots making some of the most ridiculous, inane, comments and predictions I've ever heard. In the course of a single day this place has come to resemble an on-line asylum.

Why did Gus kill Victor?
Exciting episode! Completely unpredictable as always!
At first I was quite shocked that Gus killed Victor, but now I think I understand. I think he did it for 5 reasons:
1. It was Victor's job to see to it that Walt and Jesse were killed, per his instructions, AND to make sure that his only other chemist, Gale was kept safe. Not only did he fail at doing that, but he let Walt get the upper hand.
2. Victor let himself be seen at the scene of Gale's murder, and the police would be looking for him and asking questions. Those questions could lead back to Gus. (Not to mention those lab notes that Gale had in his apartment)
3. As Gus was listening to Walt making his point about the fact that with Gale dead, Gus had no choice but to keep he and Jesse alive (for now), or his meth production would suffer, being the pragmatist, he knew that Walt was correct.
4. Walt getting the better of him must have filled him with such intense rage (internalized) to the point that he HAD to lash out at someone or something. Since he knew he couldn't kill Walt, he turned his fury on Victor instead, who had also let him down.
5. What better way to send a clear message to Walt and Jesse about what he was capable of, and demonstrate exactly how he felt about the situation?
I was rather surprised that he let Walt and Jesse walk free immediately after the incident, but then I suppose to hold them captive would lead to other complications (people looking for them, asking questions, etc.)
Any other opinions?
Not believable to me
Which is the episode where Walter runs over the 2 drug dealers to save Jesse. Not realistic to me. In that walter should have been shaking as he shot the drug dealer in the head and then after wards throwing up!
Not very good in my opinion!
You screwed up Gilligan! go back to your island!
Shows ruined for me right there!
Like Walter is one seasoned cold blooded killer Yeah!
If Walter White never broke bad
Who would still be alive?
Would Gus be a Major drug kingpin with a Gale run superlab?
Please help me with past scenes/details
When Gus visited Gale's apartment, I remember he turned down an offer of a cup of tea(?). My guess is that he didn't touch anything, therefore he has left no fingerprints. Can you confirm this?
Also, what is the name of the episode where Gus is talking to the cartel guy and the assassination happens?
and p.s. I just happened to stay up last night to watch the show and I am glad I did because my cable and DVR went Ka-flooey at about 9:30 EST!!! There was much shouting and gnashing of teeth at my house both before and during the show. :-0
Julie Minescis
Julie Minescis plays the character Vicky, Jesse's crack addict hooker friend. I think her character and her acting are one of the most interesting of the cast. The "Who's walking down the streets of the city" intro last year was the best of the season!! Why isn't she featured on this website with the rest of the cast? They show actors that have little to do with the show but they don't show Vicky?? Just cuz she's a crack whore doesn't mean she has no feelings....
Albuquerque Filming
Where is Saul's Law office?
question for Vince Gilligin
what was the inspiration for the creation of BreakingBad
Gale's Lab Book
In real life, that piece of evidence, Gale's lab book will be Gus' undoing. The cops will realize what Gale has been up to and operating a meth lab most likely within reasonable commuting distance. Get a good chemist consultant to see what equipment is necessary to build a meth lab. The cops, FBI or their drug enforcement counterpart just need to trace the firms that manufacture such equipment and who bought them and where was it shipped. UPS and FedEx have records. In 6 months they will find the lab.
Though, given Walt's demeanor since he got into this lifestyle, I would give Gus 2 or 3 more shows. Gus is a walking dead guy. As to Mike? Walt would have eliminated him a long time ago. Nobody would take my weapon away from me in a war zone. This drug turf is a war zone.
As an aside, a lot of guys ex-military are now civilians but knowing full well how to effectively kill the enemy even at close quarters. It is amazing how many ex-warriors just turn it off coming back as a civilian---unless cornered.
In fantasy land and this story is supposedly fiction, the writers should do their homework.

review of Season 4 debut
jump cut in blood http://paullevinson.blogspot.com/2011/07/breaking-bad-season-4-debuts.html
Help me understand the production / renewal process
If I recall correctly, AMC didn't renew BrBa for Season 4 until about half-way through Season 3. So as they begin production for another season, do Vince and company prepare for and shoot two different series of episodes - one that leaves a cliff-hanger for the next season and one that wraps everything up?
Admittedly, I have no clue whether all of Season 4 is already in the can, or whether they're still shooting and are prepared to close out the show if it doesn't get picked up for Season 5.
Maybe they already have a series finale episode on the shelf, ready to plug in if need be?
The reemergence of the eye
Last night we see the reemergence of the eye when Skylar found it in a drawer in Walts condo.
The Podcast
Just a question. Are we getting a podcast this season? Its usually posted right after the episodes aired although i understand the sites been flooded since Sunday night.
Motive for Vics Murder
Failing to protect Gale would be an obvious motive, but Mike probably had responsibility for that also. I thought there for a minute Gus was going to say if Vics cook works out, you guys are both dead.
I think maybe Gus did it because he knew or suspected Vic of revealing the location of the chemical supply to the Cartel.
walt jr, on drugs?
does anyone think walt jr. is stressed and mite fall into a bad crowd and get hooked?
how will it end?
how will this all end?
just an opinion for starter about Skyler
Skyler resebles Bette Midler, Anyone agree/
More Mike Yo!
I can't wait to experience the evolution and hopeful growth of the relationship between Mike and our favorite pair of cooks Yo! BrBaS4 - Yeah science!
superfluous killins
Has anyone calculated exactly how many people have been killed in this show? It seems to me that New Mexico would now be the murder capital of the world, just for this show alone.
Now, where do we go from here? Will Walter have to build an atom bomb and blow up Albuquerque, for a finale?
I also had misgivings about Gus being so closely tied to lower level drug dealers, ya know the one Mr White plowed over with the family's mini van? And misgivings about Skyler and her infidelities with Ted. Seems outa character.
I am a huge fan so dont get me wrong.

This must be some really bad ass shet, this is the second time it has come up. I completely LOVED the hightned energy in the room during the kill sceneCranston is a master of his emotions.
VICTOR
WELL good for you guessing Victor. Never thought he is a main chactter/ I have saying Gus is gay. Just his ways I think it is something that will be a thought. Doesn't matter. Glad it's not Jesse and happier I didn't read your good guess on who dies.

jesse's clothes and his friends
Someone commented on his over sized jackets. My observation is the cost of those jackets. If someone buys them they are up wards of $100.00. Even more. Combo and skinny pete wear them as well. They don't give me the impression that they would spending that much on zipped up jackets Any thoughts on that?
Breaking It Down
I don’t want to spoil anyone’s viewing, so step away now if you don’t know anything about the show or want to be surprised. Okay, that said, here’s the way I see it… We ended with Jesse shooting Gayle. Yes, he’s dead. It had to be done. Jesse has lost his innocence, whatever was left of it anyways. It was out of necessity, just like Walt killing Crazy 8; however, Jesse is going to be at odds with Walt more than ever before. Walt didn’t just talk him into it or belittle him as in times past, he forced his hand.
Now, what’s Gus going to do? We see Mike in the pictures on the site, but who do we not see? Victor! Mike is a commodity. He’s not going anywhere. Jesse won’t be killed because Walt has gone to great lengths to secure his safety. Plus, Gus has said before that positive reinforcement is better than negative, and this world that means not killing Jesse. So who let him down the most? Who was tailing Walt and Saul? Victor. I say Gus kills him. He let Jesse slip right through his fingers, which means his mistake got Gayle killed. Gus doesn’t take failure lightly. Victor is dead. Am I wrong? We’ll find out in a few hours.
Will Gus go after Walt’s family or maybe his lawyer? Not at the present moment. Walt is a necessity and that would go against Gus’s philosophy. Oohwee! I can’t wait!
gus is guy
he like it in the chilly hoe
IS GUS GAY?
I don't know iof if he will come out of the closet, for a tough drug lord, he sees rather swishy. perhaps Gale is a boy friend? Or aybe he really likes Walt.
Acknowledgement to Vince in Very Last Episode
Something that Alfred Hitchcock did was a discreet cameo appearance in all of his movies. It was always subtle with no affect on the movie. With all that Vince has given us I would love him to tuck a little cameo of himself in the very last episode of Breaking Bad. Maybe he could be… sitting on a park bench with his girl friend , in hospital for physio when Hank is in for his , a corpse on a slab in the morgue, waiting in line to buy chicken at Gus’s , be the carpet cleaners a Walt’s Condo , a cop that steps out of the shadows and is the one that actually fires the fatal shot at Walter, pulls up in a car to get a windy from Wendy, buys Meth from Skinny Pete, is a contestant (on Jeopardy one evening while Walt’s watching TV with W. Junior and answers the statement “precise inequalities that constrain certain pairs of physical properties” with the question “ what is the Heisenberg uncertainty principle”, is in amongst the mourners as Jesse’s or Walt’s gravesite , is Walt’s dad in a flashback sequence, the SWAT team member that shots the bullet that brings Walt down, a jury member at Walt’s arraignment , the bailiff at Walt’s trial,…
Anyway, you get the idea …. So wouldn’t it be perfect to have Vince appear in the very last episode of Breaking Bad ? And if so what do you think his cameo be like ?

The SEERS
1. One prediction per comment -- You're a seer now so remember while you'll want to keep it fairly simple in hopes of being right you're gonna want to add in something about the situation and some details on your prediction to set you're theory apart and earn the REALLY big points.
2. Elaborate or take another angle on the same prediction. -- Your prediction already in someone else's comment? While a simple quick line like * ______ will be killed/dies* is fair game and worth a few points a nuanced prediction earns you much much more in the end. Long story short feel free to add your own new comment of an already posted theory as long as yours clearly sets itself, in detail and or situation, firmly apart (both could be correct just one more points than another) the others like it.
3. Correct Predictions Earn Points - 10pts for simple all the way through to 25 for *on the nosey* and the BIG 50pts for the finely detailed, *how the heck did you figure that out* prediction.
The LIKERS (*the home version*)
Not ready to predict yourself you can still by clicking *Like* play along all season long.
1. *LIKE* you favorites - Read them all and as you do go ahead and click *like* your favorite (no both sides of the coin... can't just like em all!) theories and predictions.
2. Correct Likes Earn you Points -- Don't be shy now. Each *like* attached to a correct answer earns you 5pts making it possible to lead mid-season or even win the thing without ever having to make a single prediction.
Chatter and new predictions welcome all season long, points will be tallied and leaders reported at the end and mid-season marks only. GOOD LUCK!

Gretchen/Elliot issue not resolved, need clarification
I was watching a rerun last night and the writers still haven't clarified why Walt was rubbed out of the chemistry corporation he, Gretchen, and Elliot started. We've seen tidbits of him tutoring Gretchen, and rejecting their money, now, out of a false sense of pride but I think the writers should definitely expand and dive into this issue. It's an interesting part of the show. I mean, even the money Walt makes now is not something he'll be able to use in any privileged manner, and teaching students isn't at all flattering. So maybe he botched a grant? Tried to create an illegal chemical compound that got him fired or something else significant because pride and a relationship with Gretchen isn't enough to satisfy my curiosity especially considering the writers have done an outstanding job, better than any other show I've seen, at tying up loose ends.
Turning to the PROS Again
Harry here again, I'm try to find the part when Mike lets go of some balloons, cutting power, goes into a mobile home and kills some people, there is a woman speaking Spanish i think, plus why did that happen, . I thought it was the episode when Mike is with his grand daughter "guessing" at a park, but I just saw that in episode 2 season three and its not that one. Did it happen in season two, Beautiful day here in CT, I'm on vacation and going to pave my drive way, I'm betting you guys and gals will have the answer before I finish, THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Does Jessie just miss that he, Walt, was there when she died and could have saved her. Then when Jessie is on the latter Walt almost confessed being there. Hope some else is watching these on demand or remembers. THANKS, MAN THE BUZZ ON B.B. IS GETTING WILD ALREADY.

Blu Ray in UK
Hello, Does anyone know whether there are plans for Breaking Bad to be released on Blu-Ray in the UK for any of the seasons...(though preferably starting with season 1)?
How would Walt take on Gus?
There's plenty to suggest that Walt will challenge Gus for something ranging from the freedom to continue cooking meth while preserving the safety of his family, to dominance in the meth trade in the region. If he's to pursue the latter. he's going to have to have a LOT more people on his side.
How would he recruit the muscle he needs? Would someone, like maybe Mike, defect to Walt's camp? Is it possible that either Hank, or someone he's associated with, would cross over to the "dark" side and work with Hank?
I'm thinking about Hank's boss, whom many suspect was the man who warned Hank that the Cousins were coming to get him. Recall we've seen him with Gus at the DEA office when they were arranging the "Fun Run". Their conversation indicated they'd worked together on this charity event in the past.
In all likelihood, something completely unexpected will happen, but maybe we'll make a lucky guess or two . . .
