Meth Music

I can't say *enough* just how excellent the music used in the meth cooking/selling montages are! One thing I really like is that it exposes me to kinds of music I wouldn't have listened to otherwise. Talk about expanding my horizons :)

Which ones are your favorites? I LOVE the Paul Rothman "Scoobidoo Love" segment and the Alvin Tyler "Peanut Vendor" segment.

Jesse Pinkman Skull T-shirt

In episodes 02.01 and 02.02 when Jesse and Walt are being held hostage by Tuco, Jesse has a shirt with a skull (what else?) on it. On the front is a skull sticking its tongue out and on the back (can see it in the gag reel on youtube) says "trailer" shaped like a bird. Anyone know anything about this shirt or the company "trailer"? I've looked far and wide for this shirt and this is my last hope. Anything?

Shades of Gray

Recent threads have gotten me thinking again about the company owned by Elliott Schwartz - "Gray Matter." Of course the name is a reference to the brain, but another interesting idea is that "white" mixed with "black" ("schwarz" in German) makes "gray."
(schwarz in German) makes gray. So was the name always intended to reflect the partnership of Walter White and Elliott Schwartz? And then, of course, there's Gretchen Schwartz, current wife of Elliott and former lover of Walt. Many issues of love and money regarding this triangle are yet to be resolved.

Waiting for season 4

I read online somewhere that since they aren't starting season 4 unitl July that short clips will be online....is this true??

The 2nd, 3rd & 4th Time Around . . .

Hi guys! I've noticed that, upon rewatching the episodes, just *how many* things I missed the first time around. What scenes/comments/actions have enriched the repeat viewing experience for the rest of my fellow BrBa addicts?

1) In the pilot, Skyler wears an intense-colored blue top. It struck me because blue seems to be connected with this character ('out of the clear blue sky') throughout the series.

2) RE: Jessie's "Capn Cook" license plate . . . the license plate holder says "Save a tree, eat a beaver". Is that *classic* Jessie or what? :)

What I want in Season 4

OK, though it will do no good I am posting a few things I want out of BB Season 4:
-Don't kill Jesse. I think he is actually a well liked character. Don't kill him! Heisenberg can't do it with out him! -Don't Kill Hank! He is getting really stressed and I would like to see him be the hard ass cop he wants to be.
-Keep the story line evolving around the three central characers: Walter, Jesse, Skyler and Hank.

Well, thats my two cents! Love the show!

Any word on a season 4 trailer?

I was wondering when they will release a trailer for season 4 of breaking bad...I was hoping they would air one with the season premiere of the killing but I don't know if that is likely
