LETS USE SOME IMMAGINATION ALL YOU BREAKINGBAD ASSES!

I think itstime the writers raised the bar on this "Walt is for hire". Perhaps SAUL GOODMAN knows yet another guy who knows yet another guy who in exchange for Walt's gifted chemist abilities offers to take care of the twins and calls off the Mexican Drug Cartel that operates like a business and really could'nt give half a rat's behind about TUCO, his stroked out uncle, or the cousins with the boot fettish! Perhaps in exchange for sparing his life, the cartel would like to diversify their product line to include some other illegal drugs including STEROIDS for the WORLD athletic community? Perhaps the higher members in the cartel woud rather employ such a masterful chemist than kill him over an already dead punk with major dental defficiencies (TUCO) or the two murderous cousins, again with the boot fettish. They could literally, "take Heisenberg of the streets" and make him a legitimate executive in a "SOUTH OF THE BORDER" chemical plant --- at least on the surface. WHO would'nt be impressed? Even Elliot & Gretchen Schwartz would learn of Walt's success as the C.E.O. of such a company --- again on the surface. ... Just some thoughts/ideas. How about yours? ... Thanks, Avagadro

Hank is not as dumb as I thought!!

When Hank had to spell out for Marie his theory of Walt's behavior, I got the feeling it did not add up when he did the math. Hank has been there to bail out everyone. Walt with the cop last week, Walt Jr. with the beer and Marie with the shoplifting. He even went to extreme lenghts to find Walt when Tuco had him and Jesse. Is Hank working both sides? Does he already know about Walt and Gus?(that chicken dinner from Pollos, he brought over was just to weird). It is like they have a secret club and you have to be bald to get in.( Bald Guys = Hank, Walt, Combo, The Twins, Mike, Jimmie in-n-out, Tuco's men, Gus' man, even Tuco and Gus have really short cropped hair.

AMC TV Car Contest WInner????

AMC who won the car contest?!!!!! Wasnt it supp to be announced like in Jan, helloooo AMC its almost April. At least post that there is or is not a winner...come on we wanna know who won!!! Does AMC even read these posts??? ummmm....prob not.

When Marie turns around and looks back at the house after talking to Hank about how she wants to know why Sky and walt are separating, the face she made was priceless. And so was my reaction, I literally said out loud to myself "That ***** nosy **** is gunna stick her ***** nosy nose where it doesn't belong because she just has to know, shes gunna blow this whole **** to pieces to fill her raging curiosity" Yup, that about sums it up. Betsy does a really good job at playing Marie. Oh, and Jesse's Parents! Talk about priceless... OMG their faces! I want a bulldog lawyer like Saul.

Skylar's Intransigence is not believable and is ruining the show.

Does the show's creator have an ex-wife he wants to needle? Why on earth would he suddenly make Skylar the most loathsome character on television? She would be livid for a week, maybe longer. She might even show up with the divorce papers and her (bluffed) ultimatum. However, her feelings would not be static. She lived through the desperation that drove him to deal drugs, she would eventually soften. In light of her son's anger and the child custody laws of New Mexico, there is no way she would persist in trying to keep the kids away from him. She could not possibly expect to be able to keep this up without telling Walter Jr. or her sister the reason. Besides being unbelievable, her intransigence is a real downer. I want them to build their empire together.

Walts Head

Walt's been off the chemo juice for a few months now, yet he still chooses to shave his head. He chooses to keep his Bad Ass Heisenberg persona. Also, I'm wondering about why the Diablo twins are bald also. Could it be that they have to take on the looks of the person that they are supposed to assassinate? Could it be that Walt has gotten a rep that he's not awhere of? After all, all the twin's have is a picture of him and his name. Nombre. Back in the day, like thousands of years ago, assassin's took on their target's persona's as an order of respect. I'm just sayin.

Mr. Heart of Darkness

It's kind of a suprise. and very interesting to watch Jesse wholeheartedly embracing his badness without a tinge of emotion or regret and contrast his behavior to Walt's mental struggle and excessive resistance to accepting that he is a bad guy, too,

Jesse's cool, calculating, emotionless table-turning or maybe it can just be called plain old revenge in the house sale was a stunner. Jesse, in that moment, seemed to be channeling Gus Fring.

I thought Jesse would escape becoming coldhearted, but maybe not......if not, former partners and friends better take note; it's not the same Jesse and all bets are off.

Will Gus take on the cartel (spoiler alert)

If you have seen the clip from next weeks show, you will see that Gus and the cartel are in cahoots. Gus seems to have an agreement on territory he can operate in without incurring the cartels rash. He may pay tribute to the cartel for this priviledge, much like you would do in any other franchise operation. Now the cartel does not seem to pleased that Gus is operating with the man who was responsible for the death of Tuco. They want Walt dead. Gus is a cautious man, a careful man, but a man nonetheless. He is subject to all the same temptations we all are. He did business with Walt even though his better judgement probably told him not to. He did anyway because the lure of the riches he could obtain via Walt.

Gus's Phone Call

Did you notice that when Gus got the call it was in a industrial laundromat and he was holding what appeared to be a blueprint.

Perhaps a meth lab addition going in :)

Mike and his position in the food chain.

I like Mike. Did anyone notice he has upgraded from a Dodge Diplomat to a Buick. He seems to be a level headed straight talker. When Saul said he knew a guy that knows a guy etc. He must have been talking about Mike. When the twins showed up at Walter's, Mike call the guy who was in Pollos and was the contact guy for Walter when he did his million dollar deal. Then, that guy then went straight to Gus. Then the hit was cancelled. Mike is much higher up than we might think.

Who's doing the Closed Caption for "Breaking Bad"?

While watching "Breaking Bad", a VERY adult program, I noticed that somebody has been playing censor. It seems like those who have good hearing are mature enough to hear mild swear words, yet those who are hearing impaired, aren't able to cope with reading those same words.

Is Gus an undercover DEA agent ?

In Ep. 302 Gus puts a halt to Walter's execution. And in in Ep. 303 he explains this action to members of the Cartel. Just wondering if Gus might be using Walter to flush out the Cartel. In other words Gus is and undercover DEA agent. This could also explain why Gus was reluctant to use Walter at first ... he saw him as to small a fish to fry ! What do you think ??

The consequence of Skyler's reaction

Skyler claims she will not tell on Walt. But has she inadvertently caused him more trouble? If he were jailed for his crimes, he would be somewhat safe(r), because he would be under police protection (if such a thing exists), but there are also bigger, meaner criminals out there who don't like that he's encroaching on their territory.

What are your thoughts?

In season 3 episode 1, Bryan Cranston's daughter played "sad faced girl". Was this the girl who stood up and was talking about how there can't be a God during the plane crash assembly?

Who died and made Skyler "the queen of everything"?

Skyler's positives are pretty evident. Good mother, intelligent, pretty. But I think her bad points are pretty glaring as well. Firstly, why wouldn't she have gotten a job long before now, long before Walt's diagnosis. Walt was working a full time job, and then having to go to a part time job at a CAR WASH. I know they have a son with CP, but really. It wasn't like she stayed home to make sure he got to school, because Walt usually took care of that too, unless Jr. took the bus.

I sat there in Silence for like... 3 minutes. Maybe 4.

Well, Season 3 is off to a BIG start with Walt's confession. And I was in shellshock there after. This opens up many new doors and the plot can now go off on a completely different path. I think it was absolutely necessary for Walt to confess or for Skyler to figure it out, Because without a confession, it would be to unrealistic. What was sky gunna do, go back to him and do it all over again?

BREAKING BAD IS TRUELY AN EXPERIMENTAL SHOW!

An expeimental show where pretty much anything goes. ... So about a crazy twist or paradox like this? The show continues with great episodes until at some "Breaking SAD" time in the future, AMC for their own reasons decides to cancel the series. The final episode could have Walt wake up from where he collapsed at the car wash he was working at part-time and realizes that it has all been a dream or hallucination.

Who is the character Lauren Pinkman?

In Season 2, Episodes 5 and 6 an actress named Laura Lyman is credited on imdb as the character "Lauren Pinkman". I've watched "Breakage" two times and "Peekaboo" at least four, and can't find a sister or cousin character that would be related to Jesse. "Jane" was his aunt's name, and Tess Harper's character is "Mrs. Pinkman". Any ideas?

Is Season #3 going to be Predictable????

We are all loyal avid "Breaking Bad" fans and anticipating the new Season 3 with great expectations of this season outdoing the last season. What would the biggest disappointment for you in Season #3??

For me, I hope Season #3 is totally unpredictable and Breaking Bad "wow's" me with events I had never thought of. So my disappointment would be a predictable new season.

Hey, getting kinda tired of searching around for what type of clothes that are used in the show, and i did see it was alot of threads about the clothing from BB. I cant seem to find any of the clothes used in the show online. Not even google-pictures O.o

Walters stuff left at Tucos place

When Walt and Jesse left Tuco in a ditch and left the house Walters ID was in the house. Do you think Hank will start to put 2 and 2 together if the DEA finds Walter's ID at that house where Hank had a gun battle with Tuco.

"Since Tina Moved In" a song about meth addiction

Anybody ever hear the song "Since Tina Moved In" by Canadian songwriter, James Collins. There's a disturbing video for it on youtube. Pretty incredible song though.

How do you hope it all turns out?

Let me first say that I am not a TV enthusiast, but I absolutely love this show and have just finished watching the entire series to date after purchasing it from iTunes. Amazing!

But, what I wanted to say was this: I know that Walt has to pay for the bad karma created from his bad decisions, but I hope that in the end there is some redemption and a relatively happy ending for him. I have read reviews that have said he's not a particularly "likeable" character, but I disagree. I think he's a very sympathetic character, with an inner core of decency. I hope that, in the end, whenever the show should wrap up (and I hope that's not too soon), he should ultimately have a "happy" ending. It would be a shame to invest so much in these characters only to have him floating in the Rio Grande as a victim of the cartel or something.

What do you think?

Season One rerubs

I watched episodes 1 and 2 this morning. I was very disappointed. AMC edited out the scene where two of Walt's students mock him while his working at the car wash. Also, they over dubbed all of the harsh language with silence. You can see the actors mouth move, but there is no sound. WTF, very sophomoric. I don't understand why they would air the complete unedited original episodes on Sunday nights, but in reruns at 2:30 am they felt they needed to "improve" the show with editing. Makes no sense. IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!

More philosophizing about Walt burning money.

I recently read an anecdote about hellraising country singer, George Jones,. In this story, Jones takes the money he was paid for a gig, throws a big party, then flushes the rest down the toilet. Naturally this reminded me of....the video teaser of Walter White burning money and our guesses on why he's doing it.
At one point I suggested he was doing it just because HE CAN. And I'm starting to feel more and more confident about that answer. Maybe after you've acquired a certain amount of money and know there's more where that came from, money starts to lose its
meaning and flushing itt or burning it becomes a great big "F**k you" to everybody and everything that ever held you down.

Our man Flynn Breaks Bad in Season 3?

Just checked out the updated Season3 Gallery Photo's. There is a Photo 10 of 16: of Flynn (AKA Walt Jr) sitting on a Bench at a Bus stop reminiscent of our old Pal Badger, back pack and all. And there is that ever present add for Legal services offered by our Legal eagle Pal Saul. Oh, and whats Flynn clutching, why its a Tasty Beverage drink from "Los Pollos Hermano's". Where does this all lead to? Are we to believe that Innocence (Flynn) is truly lost in Season 3? Does Flynn turn to "slingin mad Volume and Fat stackin Benjies"?
