When does the "Fall" season start...Winter?
The past two "seasons" have only been 7-8 episodes supposedly due to the writer's strike and now it's mid-October and we are waiting for season 3! What the Eff?

I've been trying for weeks to find out when the new season starts. What kind of moron is making big bucks to run their marketing info.It pisses me off that some of these type of people are so out of touch with what the average person wants
Season 1 lasted 7 episodes and was cut short due to the writer's strike.
Season 2 was a full 13 episodes -- normal for a cable network that values quality over quantity.
Season 3 is currently in production, with a premiere date in 2010 that has not yet been announced. AMC will most assuredly announce any new developments as they arise.
I love this show. I identify with it because I live in Albuquerque and I have lung cancer. I do not make meth.
Please put this show back on soon because my time is limited. Thank you
i would agree that season3 needs to start soon, if for nothing more than my personal greed for the best TV show i have ever seen. i did see in the twitter feed that they say early 2010, which could make sense to start breaking bad after mad men is done for the season.

Season 3, which premieres in March, goes into production in August [2009].

I spoke with AMC this past week in NY they told me March of 2010. As jenetik said.
TOO LONG TO WAIT. The crazy fans will certainly tune in, but waiting this long looses a lot of momentum for the other would be audience. It's like I've been off meth for months now and I need a fix BAD. Actually a good book to read to fill in the time is "Methland" by Nick Reding. Pretty eyeopening look at the entire industry and middle America.
