Extradition to anywhere else is hard thing to achieve no matter what anyone's done. Plus Portuguese is from what I've learned from my friends who speak spanish is still kinda hard to understand and learn from them. But everyone is protected. Banks, Criminals, Politicians. Hard to differentiate. But I would love to go down there to meet the people.
