Breaking Bad - New Season?

Is there a new season, I think that would be #4,
in filming/scheduled for Breaking Bad?

Vote in favor. Mr. White goes to Baja, Calif. in an episode. His sidekick (a fine actor) walks off the plane, drives, visits a community of artists. He has a problem getting the right telecommunications, finally does, and eventually contacts Mr. White, and they eventually figure things out.
