Use NM terminology

Someone need's to let the writers know that in NM, we don't say "Take THE 25 " or refer to the interstate as "THE 40"; that is how they do it in CA. Here, its just I 40 or I 25. Leave the THE in CA. Little thing, but hey, maybe someone will see this and pass the word along.
