How many people think that there is too much time inbetween seasons?

Sometimes it kills me to think I have to wait soooooo long for the next season... Can they bump it up?

What I mean is, one of two things should happen.

Either they should speed up the process so there isn't a big gap inbetween.
Or instead of 13 episodes they should make 25.

I think a petition could possible fix this! J/K

This must be like being hooked on crystal meth. It cant be soon enough. Understanding that quality items take time to produce makes me somewhat understanding but im 62 years old and may not live much longer. This is the only show since tv was invented(no joking) except for Spin and Marty in the 1950s that has me hooked.

Ha ha ha - yeah, just mention "suit" I bet that will get things rolling !!

Is it just me, or do other popular shows like Prison Break, 24 etc. have a shorter gap between seasons?
Some shows seem like they are right back on air a month later.

I think it is because I am also a Breaking Bad Junkie!

With all the crap that's on TV, I'm glad they take their time to put out the best show on TV!

Right, but there is no question that it is worth the wait or not...

The question is, is it physically possible to speed up the interval or make more episodes... do other shows not get put on air faster between seasons?

For me, the sooner the better - because I am so impatient.

When does the new season start? I'm hoping for September-ish. Does anyone know?

I'm with unforgiven. The sooner the better, but we are waiting at the will of the AMC and The BB Team. No need to rush this thing, they will deliver.
