Hell yeah! That upset me soooooo much. Not only was she cute, but i think they made a cool pair. I wish the writers would have left her in some more episodes so her and Jesse could've Bonnie and Clyded it up. But who knows, maybe at the beginning of next show Walt will revive her?
I hope that Jane is dead!! Yeah, she was cute, but she was going to ruin everything. Now, if Jesse can just get it together, they can make some serious "chedder!" I LOVE this show!!
Well it looks like she is dead, since the preview of episode 13 shows her in a black body bag while the bag is being zipped.
Walt's character is certainly not perfect and is capable of making mistakes, and hopefully learning from them. Perhaps he will regret her death in the future. I wonder what he was thinking about when she was choking, perhaps he was thinking about everyone and everything in his life, which she was capable of ruining, and she died before he decided to help her.
I think we should wait before starting to hate Walt for what seemed to viewers to be causing Jane's death.
Perhaps some other information will come up in the future. For example, the police may find her body and perform an autopsy, and discover that the cause of death was, for example, an overdose (not the choking). Or, the actual cause of death could be something totally different although it may have happened while she was choking or immediately after.
Oh I missed the part with the body bag, well, nevermind my saying 'maybe he'll revive her'. I kinda felt that too when he was watching her die, like, 'maybe I shouldnt save her', cause she is a liability. I cant wait to see when Jane's Dad shows up the next morning to take her to rehab. Do you think those messages are still going to be on Jesse's machine from Walt about the deal when Janes Dad shows up? This is all speculation, but, Do you think Walt is going to wake Jesse up and get him the hell out of there?
It is possible that Walt will wake Jesse up, as long as Jesse does not realize Walt was there when Jane died. Then they will call Saul for help?
It is also possible that Walt will leave, then Jesse will wake up at some point and panics, and will call Walt for help, who in turn will call Saul to help them in handling the situation.
I don't think he will get Jesse out, may be the situation will be handled in a very smart way and her father will think she disappeared instead of dying while spending the night with Jesse. They will have the opportunity to delete the messages in all these scenarios.
I looked again at the recap of episode 12. Jane's eyes opened right after she stopped coughing, so I think she was dead at that point (the other possibility would have been that Walt decides to revive her then she dies later for some other reason).
yeah! her eyes did open, thats a good point. that is a fascinating idea. Also is the idea that Walt will leave, leaving Jesse to call him. That is a hairy situation cause Walt doesnt know that Janes dad is gonna pop in st some point the next day. My money is on Walt calls Saul to get her out that night then pays Saul, and Walt will either:
say to Jesse, 'maybe she split
or: he'll come clean with Jesse. I cant wait till Sunday!
Good insight there.
I think Walt would have to wait to hear from Jesse before calling Saul. Otherwise, it would tip Jesse off that Walt knew what had happened, and the only way Walt would know something happened is if he was there. Jesse will have to call Walt first.
yeah i think that Walt will let Jesse find out
It WAS really sad to see Walt watch Jane die by choking on her puke, and in real life there's no justification for him deciding not to try and help her. But you have to remember that Walt and Jesse are involved in a very illegal business - one that could send both of them to prison for a very long time. Walt may have also been thinking " You stupid girl - if only you hadn't started shooting off your yap at me with talk of blackmail, who I really was, and all that other shit, plus getting the only person I can really trust in my business hooked onto the needle, I may have helped you live to see another day!"
Like I mentioned in another post, if it was another girl, Walt would've rushed to her aid and done whatever he could to save her. No doubt in my mind.
I agree with the idea that Walt will leave Jesse's place and wait for his call. Isn't that what Jesse always does? Then Walt will have another problem in his lap that he'll have to call Saul for. In the previews they show this guy most likely sent by Saul to take care of things - I wonder how much THAT will cost?
Just want to say, i love this show! Great acting, great writing! I hope to God there is a Season 3 to look forward to.
Yeah, it got to me, too, when Walt let Jane die. That's the name of the game.
My husband and I can't get enough Breaking Bad. We so look forward to Sunday nights. Now what will we ever do?
