What's up with fuzzy pink monster: REDUX?
http://blogs.amctv.com/breaking-bad/talk/2009/03/whats-up-with-t.php
I posted this back when the season first started and I thought I would revive it now.

nevermind the pink one eye monster.... who was in the two body bags?
Mysterious Pink Teddy Bear - We know it becomes a floating burnt one eyed piece of urban legend, but where did it originate from?
Did you watch the minisodes, R.W.? The "bear" is in the video for Jesse's band, Twaughthammer.
It's Walt's house, but the bear belongs to someone in the band, so therefore, the two worlds are going to have to collide and meet with disaster.
Jesse has pretty much been warned off from coming to Walt's house unless it is an emergency, so my guess is that another character (and someone more likely to bring the bear...that's also not Jesse's bag) will either stop by or be invited. Are you getting that I'm talking about Badger?
Walt also wouldn't invite Badger to come by, so unless he thinks of it himself to just visit (a possibility), he is invited. There are two likely candidates for inviting Badger over...Walt Jr. and Saul.
What do you think?
Yes, I watched the TwaughtHammer Minisode, saw the Bear. I think you are grasping there DRKellog!
So be it.
But how did the bear make it to Walt's house? Is there more than one bear?
To me it looks like something you might win at a carnival, rather than a store-bought item.
maybe it's Badger and Combo :'(
DRKellogg That's an interesting theory of Badger showing up at Walt's via Junior. Buying maybe? Nothing is extraneous in this show. The whole scene of Walt pushing tequila on Junior, and later Junior not getting that it was a bad thing ("I kept up," etc.) opens the floodgates for more experimenting. Junior probably figures his Dad expects him to be experimenting (i.e. alcohol, drugs, sex) and that was Walt's sign (in Junior's mind) that he's old enough or that it's part of his growing up process.
I think the pink bear is Badger's (because of the Twaughthammer video), and he's left it there after visiting Junior. It would be the easiest symbol to connect the two parties (Walt's life/Jesse's life) because of it's appearance in that video.
It's also possible that Combo and Badger both visit Junior on the sly, and are in the wrong place at the wrong time and get killed by the two hardware guys (who I think may have followed Walt home to take care of him as a threat to their start-up business).

Body bags notwithstanding, it doesn't appear to be a serious explosion. There isn't any damage to the house and there's nothing else burned besides the bear. It's only partially burned.
Usually, I think body bags are totally filled up with a body, but these appear to not have much in them, indicating that the persons (if indeed there's anything in them) are small. Everybody on this show seems to be fairly average-sized. Both Badger and Combo would most definitely fill up the bags!
But that's not to say it isn't them...this could be a continuity error.
I guess we were posting at the same time, jamm54.
I noticed Walt Jr.'s comment about keeping up also and I think you're right. He was proud of himself for "being a man". It could also be that Jr. didn't realize how loaded his dad was and that he (Sr.) has regrets for acting the way he did. I know I didn't necessarily pick up on stuff like that as a teenager.
Although they could still probably find out where he lives, the guys from the hardware store left first. I was thinking they might try to follow him home, so I was paying attention!
I think in Walt's eagerness to stand up to Hank, he opened up a whole can of worms regarding his son, and it may come back to haunt him. Walt sure didn't think about what he was really doing to his kid (who is so innocent, really).
I posted that I thought the guys in the body bags were the bozos from the building supply store that Walt confronted, and they may have followed him home, but the more I think about it, the less I think that'll be the case. If you all noticed, as soon as Walt told them to stay out of his territory and gave them an icy stare, they ran off with their tails between their legs, stumbling over themselves to get into their RV and haul ass outta there. They clearly wanted nothing to do with this guy, who was obviously the famous Heisenberg, who has a guy working for him that crushed some dude's head with an ATM.
