Walt fakes his own death?

A weird thought to consider, but I'm thinking of all those evidence bags being laid out by the pool in "Down". Would Walt fake his death, so he could be unecumbered by family questions to continue cooking? Is that too nutty?

That would make it easier for him, But with Hank on the case, I don't think he would stay "dead" for long. Hank is a badass cop - I feel like he is going to find something out soon, then he will have to decide what to do.
