Jessie's car

A couple of episode's ago, Mr. White's detective b-inlaw found out through Jessie's mother that he had a "high rider" and asked his team to "track" this car and then was able to find it at Tuco's remote house - how are you able to track a car to it's exact location? My husband & son were curious about this too! Does anyone know?

It's called Lo Jack (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lo_jack) and uses RF to locate a vehicle, assuming it's within the range of miles Lo Jack is limited to.

The answer is that Jesse has Low-Jack on the Low-Rider.

Can't remember if this information was released at the end of the previous episode or the beginning of this episode but I believe Hank is having a conversation with his partner and they talk about pin-pointing Jesse's car with the Low-Jack.

Which does bring up another question.... why in the world would you think that Jesse would have Low-Jack on his car? LOL!

But that is how he found it.

Jesse's mother may have given Hank the hint that he has a lo-jack installed. Remember when she says, "If he invested as much in his education as he does in that car..." ? It's obvious the car is one of his prize possessions, so of course, he wants to keep track of it.

I thought the same thing at first, but when you take into consideration how much money he would have put into that car, it makes sense that he would want to be able to track it if it was stolen.

I can see the logic in that, Angstchick. I just find it kinda funny... it is kinda like one of those "Jumbo Shrimp" logic puzzles...

I wanna avoid the cops at all costs but in case my car gets stolen by some unsavory law breaker, I want them to be able to find my car where ever it is.... lol
