pregnancy becoming a huge plot topic?

I wonder when she is due, if it has been said I must have forgot, however I wonder if the baby comes this season? How crazy this would make everything!!!

I think it was mentioned at the oncologist appointment that Skyler was about 20 weeks or so. They had a baby shower shortly after that, so she's probably just approaching her 6th month by the time the season ends.

You know, it might actually break the tension a bit if she had the baby a little early.

I'm feeling that I am not feeling the baby at this point. The child may pose a plausible plot, but this is not the kind of conflict that will rest well with the public viewing and the ratings. With all the negative connotations associated with the drug culture Walter is delving into, it would be totally politically incorrect to mix in the baby with the meth. The exposure and danger of contaminating the child or childs environment would divert the excitement approaching. I believe that the baby will be stillborn or subject to miscarry. The stress that Skylar is experiencing might cause her some baby hatching problems. I do not believe a small newborn is going to fit in anywhere. Just a guess. It is another wrung on Walter's descending ladder to the bottom. Another shading color for his shadowy demise.
