...charms to soothe the savage breast

In the interview with the Music Supervisor for Breaking Bad (see here: http://blogs.amctv.com/breaking-bad/2008/03/interview-with-thom), he speaks of his mindset with regard to choosing the music for the show and offers some hints of things to come.

If you were to choose a song or music genre for a character on the show, what would it be? Please list the character by name and then a song or style of music that you think best represents him or her.

Hmm, I'll pick an easy one:

Hank -- Kid Rock's Cowboy. Just that chorus, "I'm a cowboy, babyyyyy"

Well, definitely.....this season. Rolling Stone's requiem for the devel......."Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of.........." But this would be played as demonstrating the conflict of good and evil under the huge, and unusual strain of living with cancer. It would also have to be nuetralized/resolved in some way as a part or parcel to the slavation of the characters....but that what actors do....I think.
