Episode 6 Song?

i would like to know what the song/artist is thats playing in episode 6 while jesse is out slinging ice. it's really a catchy tune and dare i say that a series hasn't, in my opinion, had such an appropriate score since miami vice. cranston is an absolute shoein for an emmy. i still can't believe there is actually such a RIVITING show on tv as this is, in this cultural vacuum anymore..wow.

Season 2 Tentative Air Dates?

I heard Bryan Cranston on the Adam Carolla Radio Show on 6/12 and he said that season 2 should air in January. No specific date, but he did say January. Bummer to have to wait so long. What a great show. Yu can download the interview for free from the Adam Carolla Radio Show on itunes for free. I also bought the first season fo $13.99 on itunes.

Walt's 50... how about the rest of them?

indulging one of my usual fan quirks-- getting to know and love the characters is a complicated process for me -- I find myself very curious on the ages of some of these characters.

We know Skylar's younger as its unlikely she'd be pregnant at 50 but how much younger?

How long do you figure Jessie's been out of High School? A couple years or is he in mid twenties already?

Which sister is older?
How much younger than Walt does that possibly make Hank?

I need any and all speculation so don't hesitate to throw in your .02 cents

Season Two: The Beginning of Season Three!

Thank you, Vince Gilligan and AMC, for Season Two of "Breaking Bad!" A second season of modern-day alchemist turned drug pusher Walt White. Starting out in Season One looking like the proverbial chemistry teacher and stay-at-home Milquetoast Dad, with wife Skyler telling him ". . . we don't use that [credit card]." Walt shows some signs of pent-up rage in assertively defending his son from taunts and insults from the bullies in the clothing store, then decisively getting the hell out of Dodge in the RV when the shitte hits the fan; and then dispatching Crazy Eight to the great beyond! Walt ROCKS! This is a long departure from Brian Cranston's previous serial character, and testimony to the number of seasons he can keep this character in motion! THANK YOU, AMC; thank you, writers!! This is going to be a GREAT second season, and the start of hopefully many more. I can see Walt and Jessie doing some light time in the county lockup, well before their heavier state and federal time while Walt finds a miracle maker in the joint with him who knows how to get his cancer into remission. Vince Gilligan has his hands full with this one -- let's start thinking about Season Three, Vince!!

My Replacement Dependancy Shows

This is my first attempt at blogging so please bear with me. I started this because I am a bartender/server in a seasonal town and I have the summer off. The other shows I go to for impeccable writing and shows that are actually a contribution to televivion art are Sopranos reruns. It works for me because my fiance has never seen any of them and it's fun to watch them with a new set of eyes. 30 Rock is hilarious, any subdivision of the Law and Order dynasty is a great diversion, the Cubs games (because I no longer live in Chicago) and like someone else mentioned X Files repeats. Gilligan is the Charles Bukowski of television. Does anyone know if AMC will re-air Breaking Bad's first season or if it scheduled to be released on DVD?
