My father had stage four pancreatic cancer in 2002. he went to MD Anderson Hospital in Houston and had the Whipple procedure done by Dr. Lee. Thankfully, the procedure has worked, he has survived to this day, and was pronounced to be cured. He is one in a million. He often works with People Living Through Cancer in Albuquerque, NM.
He is often called on to talk with people that have learned that they have Pancreatic Cancer. Most people need help and encouragement to get through the system.
