Submit Your Questions for Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston

Got any burning questions for two of the stars of Breaking Bad? Well, now's your chance to ask. Two-time Emmy-winner Bryan Cranston and Emmy nominee Aaron Paul are taking some time out from their Season 3 shoot to chat with their online fans. Leave your queries in the comments section below by Thursday, Nov. 19 at 11:59 PM. We'll select a few for the dynamic duo to answer. (If you're lucky, you may hear Bryan or Aaron read your question aloud in an upcoming web video!) It's all building up to the Season 3 premiere in March 2010. So put your thinking caps on, and in the words of Walter White, "Apply yourself!"

Oh, this is cool! I could probably come up with a huge list of questions, but here's one I've been wondering about for awhile: In an interview for this site, Matt Jones ("Badger") mentions that he was allowed to do some adl-libbing in some of his scenes. Could you guys give us a couple of examples of lines or bits of business you've ad-libbed on the show?
If only I had a time machine so I could go back to the 4th of December and ask a question! (I jest, I'm guessing you mean't Dec. 5 not Nov 5.)
to Aaron, Will Jesse finally see the consequences in drug use?
Aaron: First off, you should have won the Emmy Award this year... I voted for you for the Peoples Choice award. Good luck. Question? With the recognition and popularity you have received with playing the part of Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad, do you think if not already that it will open bigger doors for your career?
to Bryan Cranston:
did your character in the show affect you personally? if encountered with similar situation, will you do the same as Walter?
question2: do you miss comedy?
First off, I would like to congratulate you both on the shows enormous success. This one's for Bryan: You were obviously presented with a difficult task by portraying a mundane high school chemistry teacher AND a total bad ass. Where does your inspiration come from for both of Walter's personalities and which do you most relate to?
to Bryan: Are there times when you are not shooting when you unintentionally find yourself in the mindset of Walter?
to Aaron: You could very well be the most convincing yet charming drug addicted deadbeat ever on television. Are you concerned you may be permanently typecast in this role?
I work on BB and I've always wondered why there are more directors on a TV show than a movie?
Does this hurt the over all continuity of the show?
How do you guys like working in 'The Big A' ? (as we used to call it when I lived in Santa Fe)
Have you been able to sample a lot of green chile?
Aaron, your character on "Breaking Bad" is alot different then your character on "Big Love". Will you be on "Big Love" in the next season?
To Bryan Cranston: The midlife crisis you have gone through on the show and your actions are much more extreme than what average men may go threw, have you had a midlife crises yourself? and how did it compare to the problems your character Walter White experiences?
To Aaron Paul: did you experiment with drug use in order to really get into the role of your character? or while filming be under the influence of drugs?
Also how many episodes will be in the third season?
First off - one of the great series after Sopranos that came up, to my question for both-
How did the series affect your personal view on drugs, and the behind scene of this world?
First a question to both: Many scenes in your show have given me an awed feeling where the imagery, setting and characters all come together in a way that creates something scary and unique. Something bizarre that will stay with me forever. The best example of this for me is the scene in Tuco's house in the desert with his invalid uncle, the tv, and the attempted poisoning with the taco. The way everyone and everything interacts with each other, and the way the tension builds in that scene is remarkable. Did that scene feel as heavy while you were doing it? Do you have any stories behind that scene?
And to Bryan Cranston: How much, if any, overlap do you find in your characters Hal from Malcolm in the Middle and Walter from Breaking Bad? I find a desperation and loose cannon trait runs through them both.
Bryan Cranston: Was it very hard for you to switch to a more serious person from a funny guy on Malcolm in the Middle? Do you have more fun acting in Breaking Bad than in Malcolm in the Middle? Do you believe in God? I've always watched Malcolm in the Middle and that's the reason why I admire you so much is because your such a great actor! Malcolm in the Middle is my favorite t.v. Show. I try to watch it as much as I can. And I haven't been able to watch very many episodes of Breaking Bad because it comes on at 11:00 PM here in Oklahoma, so I don't get to watch it because I have to go to bed. :( I was wondering, do you have a twitter? I'm following a Bryan Cranston but I wasn't sure if it was you or not.
Hope to get your answers, your my favorite actor! :)

OK, there's still a little time left til the deadline, so I'm going to sneak another one in here:
Aaron, in the scene where Jane is showing Jesse the apartment for the first time and you're checking out the kitchen, you press a button near the sink, a noise starts up (which I'm guessing is the garbage disposal), and it startles you. Is that a sly reference to your death scene in "Last House on the Left?" That was the most over-the-top death scene I ever remember seeing in a movie! LOL..
Great show! I think the first two seasons ranks up there with some of the best tv shows ever created. My question is, how will you, either individually, or collectively with the whole crew, avoid slipping into mediocrity going forward into season 3 and beyond, as so many other shows seem to (like the aforementioned Sopranos)? What steps do you take to keep it fresh and edgy? Are you prepared to walk if you feel the writing starts to slip? I have a great deal of respect for both of you as actors, I think you bring so much integrity to your roles ...
This makes me want to truly cry. Seriously!
Here I take some "time off" from the internet, because of trying to quit smoking & it's one of my "triggers"...and miss out on asking my/our favorite two actors, questions about my/our favorite show!!!
Ohhhhh...the injustice of it all!!! LOL
Love ya'll!!!
First off, loving the show here in Pakistan. I had a chemistry teacher with a very similar demeanor to Walter and money problems (due to cancer oddly enough), though i don't think he ever broke bad. Worth noting.
To Mr. Cranston- do you think that Walt went down this path due to the circumstances and his frustration, or is there some inherent 'darkness' in him, more than there is in the average individual?
I'm a new fanatic and I just wanted to ask you if you guys see the show maybe going in the direction of maybe dealing with a mom whose addicted to meth. It's just as dramatic and a side that not many people know. Unfortunately I grew up in this enviroment and I've been through a lot of what I've seen on Breaking Bad, if not more and I think it would be an incredible fucking turn to take this show to another level! I love the show guys!! I actually started watching because I'm good friends with Steven Michael Quezada but I'm totally addicted and I LOVE to Break Bad!!!
Besitos
Antoinette....
Just throwing this question in, with the hope that Bryan & Aaron have'nt had a chance to view/answer our questions yet:
Do ya'll ever read our posts here? And, if you do have the chance...
Do we make ya'll laugh? =)
(That's NOT supposed to sound like a creepy trick question, in the "Misery" sort of way... ;) Hee hee hee!)
dang it!!! i wish i would've created my account a little earlier...it just isn't fair... :( i really wanted to see the Monte Carlo of Jesse's come back. anyway, if there's someway they can still read this... to Aaron, what happened to Jesse's Monte Carlo after it was shot up in the gun battle between Tuco and Walt's brother in law? y'all should try and bring it back somehow...
Bryan / Aaron:
In season 3, will there be any of those awesome moments like where Walter meets Donald at the bar, and he doesn't even know that Donald is the father of Jane, the girl he watched choke and die?
Thanks
