I'm enjoying revisiting Season 2 every Sunday night, and always notice things I hadn't noticed the first time around. Lots to talk about from this episode, but the moment that sticks in my night is one that made me laugh, from the scene where Jane is showing Jesse around the place she's renting to him:
Jesse is strutting around the kitchen, checking things out, pretending he's Mr. Bigshot Home-owner, flips a switch, and is kind of jolted by the garbage disposal starting up. Is it my imagination or is this a wink and a nod to Aaron Paul's character's rather "interesting" demise in "Last House on the Left?!?" LOL.
Damn, I have to proofread better. The 3rd word in the 3rd line of my above post should, of course, be "mind," not "night."
...And I should probably call it a night.

That was kind of a complicated post, and I kept fiddling around with it, trying to make it more understandable. I thought I had it just the way I wanted it, then ended up with a totally nonsensical error in the middle of it. You could be right, diksee, it probably WAS a Freudian slip! :-)
