Want to dress like Jesse (or at least come close)? Here's your chance to be the proud owner of a Breaking Bad zip-up hoodie. Tell us: What do you think Walt could say to win Skyler back?

We'll randomly pick a winner from the comments below and award a sweatshirt.

We're giving away a hoodie every week, so be sure to check the Breaking Bad blog for this week's winner and next week's question.

Look after the jump to see last week's winner.

Question: What do you think will happen in Season 3?

Winner: Dutch: "Walt is going to see the news story about the crash, recognize Donald from the bar, learn that he was Jane's father and because he didn't do anything to stop her from dying when he could've, he will feel somewhat responsible for the plane crash. Meanwhile, Skyler will tell Marie about her troubles at home and Walt's secretive behavior. This, along with some other factors, will get Hank's mind running and he will start to suspect that something is weird about Walt. Walt will continue to make meth at Gus's 'request' and with the family out of the house, become a little careless."

I was just thinking about this subject today. Here is a new twist to all the many possibilities: Walt calls his mother, reveals Skyler has left him and says he wants Mother to recant the story about not knowing about the cancer. His mom is wacko anyway, right? Nobody wants to deal with her, so why can't Mother have a fugue state and suddenly remember giving Walt over $100,000?

Here is what I think is going to go down in Season 3... I think Walt will give up on his life of crime and come clean to Skylar in order to try and save his marriage. He will explain that he felt his future and his ability to help secure his family is NOW and that he re-acted to his illness and is sorry for all of the problems he has causes and all of the people he has hurt. In spite of Walt’s pleadings, Skylar will be extremely upset and will vow never to return to Hank. However... she will soon be surrounded by many inequalities within her world and her neighborhood where less noble individuals seemingly get away with “murder” and avoid prosecution and continue to thrive. Skylar’s boss for one. Skylar will approach Hank with a plan to continue to the “Heisenberg” business – but just until they can pay off Hank’s medical bills. During season three I predict Skylar will become more and more entrenched in the business... especially the financial aspects since she works in the accounting arena. Eventually the season come to a finale with Skylar being pulled into the drug world 100% by an acquaintance of Jesse’s who actually gets her to try some of the “Heisenberg” product. As she lays down on this friend’s bed she slowly slips into a meth induced euphoria and we fade to black. This will set us up for season 4 in which Hank will have to contend with his new business, his high school teaching job, his brother in-law who is quickly approaching and becoming very suspicious and to top it off... a wife whom he loves very much who is addicted to meth and unable to care for their teenage son or their new infant daughter.

I think Walt is in a Catch 22. If he wants any chance of getting her back, he needs to tell the truth, THE WHOLE TRUTH! But if he tells her the truth then she will probably never take him back.

Walter gets Skyler to come back home by telling a big lie about how he got the money. He tells her that the money was obtained thru selling Gray Matter Corp secrets to the competition. After all Walter has already made if very clear that he feels Gray Matter made millions on ideas stolen from him. This lie will also satisfy Walters compultion to show Skyler that he can make big bucks and his ideas are worth million. If Skyler wants proof Walter can take her along on a meeting with the “corporations lawyer” , which is really just Saul. So now Skyler knows that it's corp. espionage, but we know she won't go to the cops about illegal business deals , since she didn't when her boss had illegal dealings. In fact Saul , unbeknownst to Walter, could start to get Skyler involved in the laundering of Walts money. Through these dealings Skyler eventually meets Gus as well ... so now Skyler is chin deep into the "Bad Side" without knowing what it's really about. Saul and Gus are very happy about this because now Skyler can't go to the police even if she wanted to as well as Saul and Gus having a stronger hold on Walter.
Now Walter is faced with the dilemma of protecting Skyler from involvement while being attracted to her involvement since it means he can show her what kind of money he is able to make...Even though she thinks it's through Corp espionage. When Skyler does actually find out what's going on ... at the end of Season 3 ... it's now to late , since she's to deep into it to report it to the Police.
If Skyler asks why he hasn’t told her this before then …. The selling of corp. secrets involves; steeling millions of dollars of information from friends , it involves risk a million dollar lawsuits from Gray Matter if caught , risk criminal charges , risks guilt by association for skyler meaning no more accounting jobs, and ... if the secrets were sold to chemical companies based in other foreign countries could put the whites at risk of being considered traitors to the country an involved in treason. .. and he couldn’t burden Skyler with this knowledge while all he as attempting to do is get money the thought was rightfully his , so that he could leave a nest egg for her.

I personally think Walter is going to use Jesse's new found Heroin addiction as an excuse for his random abscences and add it to some profound story in regards to how he came up with all of the money for his cancer treatment. I believe it is going to be a good while before Skyler will give in but it will lead to a dialog that will span a number of episodes. I also believe Walt will continue to cook and "stack paper" as we like to say, as he has found a perfect marketing tool in his new distribution partner and the demand from him looks like it will indeed turn a little more agressive when he realizes the products potential. I cant wait to see what happens, I have been glued to this series ever since the first episode. Havent missed a single one. I stay up late every Sunday and I work very early on Monday mornings! Keep up the great work...please!

Ep. 301 “Dis-Enabled”
Walt’s mother is coming to town. After all she has a son dieing of cancer , finally a healthy grandchild and that Skyler is sabotaging everything by leaving her boy.

Scene 1: ( Sunday Night drive home from airport ) Walt picks mother up at airport and drives to where he is staying.
During this scene it is established that Walt’s mother has a way of talking to Walt that blames all his failures on others ( which usually means Skyler) while at the same time blaming Walt for being a disappointment to her. Walt’s mother blames Skyler for Walt not being part of Gray Matter, blames Skyler for bearing an defective grandchild and now blames Skyler for running out on her son when he needs her most. … No wonder Skyler can’t stand having communications with Walt’s mom ! During this entire scene we see a Walt that makes no contact and who has lost hope.

Scene 2: ( Monday Morning in front of School ) Walt Senior and Walt Junior are being dropped off at school , in separate vehicles, by their mothers. Walt’s Senior’s Mom see’s Skyler’s car in the rear view mirror during drop-off and blocks Skyler in , once Walt Jr. has left the area.
Walt’s Mom now goes to the driver side window and starts the “blame” of Skyler … with the argument ending up outside the vehicles , between the two ladies , with Walt looking on.
Skyler’s big point of leaving focus’s on lies and uses the Money lie has the big example. Walt’s mom argues that there wouldn’t even be money issues if Walt had not lost Gray Matter because of Skyler. During this argument bit-by-bit Heisenberg begins to appear as a new “Great Lie” dawns on Walt. The new lie is about selling “Gray Matter” secrets because they were his to sell. Also , now that Heisenberg appears, Walt finally comes to Skylers rescue , for the first time ever, Walt severely puts his mother in her place.
How could Skyler not go back to Walt !? … after all they were his corp secrets … he did it all for her … and he’s finally protecting her against his mother!!!

What Walter to can say to Skylar to win her back: "Skylar, you can't leave. What we have is sheer chemistry."

Since this show has a very dark sense of humor...

default userpic

Then, Walt can remind Skylar all that they have and what they can lose if she leaves. Skylar can then logically respond, "Lose?! Lose?! All we can lose?! Walt YOU'VE left a long time ago, and I'm finally catching up."

default userpic

I think Walter is going to tell Skylar about the money, cause he hates the fact that they don't know he made it! She's going to freak out and leave and he'll have to spend most of his time trying to get her back. I think he'll also have alot of guilt over the plane crash when he realizes that Jane's dad was responsible. Jesse's going to continue downa dark path figuring he deserves it for what happened to Jane.

default userpic

Thanks for an unbelievable program! My thoughts are: Jessie gets clean for good and ends up doing something humanitarian; Walt gets blackmailed into producing an unimaginable amount of "Blue" for the Chicken King; Skylar ends up with the Boss; Jr. finds out what dad did, takes the donations and becomes the next bust for his uncle.

Hello Skottey:
First please let me apologize for not making myself clear. I agree that the relationship with the mother is very strained. When I said “close enough” I did not mean “real close” I meant JUST close enough that it was believable that he would go to see her. And since that was believable then they are probably JUST close enough that, as a mother, that she would pay a visit when; the son is dying, a new healthy grandchild is born and Skyler is leaving him. In other words I meant “close enough” more in grenade tossing contest than in a brain surgery situation ;-).

My theory she is quite angry with Walt for marrying Skyler. In fact I think the mother blames all Walts “failures” on Skyler ; He was a bright chemist were awards , he was partnering up to co-found Gray Matter … and then Skyler came along. And then after marriage the failures continued in that the mother blames Skyler for bearing a “defective child” (pls note that’s her attitude not mine I have family members with ms & cp ).

By-The-Way I really liked your idea of Walt’s mother being on the plane and that the pink bear was the gift she was bringing to the new addition to the family … very cool ! But if she’s not dead then the writers will have a hard time not including her in season 3.

One of my theories is she inadvertently gets Walt back together with Skyler ( see theory here “Ep. 301 Dis-Enabled “ http://blogs.amctv.com/breaking-bad/2009/06/win-a-hoodie-0610.php#more )

So who would play Walt’s mother ?
What body type ?
What temperament ?

default userpic

Walt can tell her a new story involving Jesse Pinkman. In the first season he told her he simply bought marijuana from him. Now he can tell her that what he had actually been doing was trying to get Jesse off of drugs. He could say this is because Jesse was a old student of his, and as Jesse's mom told Hank in the beginning of Season 2, Walt always tried to get him to turn his life around. He could use this as a reason for why he had a second cell phone, it was to contact Jesse and make sure he stayed away from drugs. All the while Jesse has been paying Walt, and now that it has been several months since Walt was caught talking to Jesse, all this cash has added. In order to back up how Jesse got all this cash he can say Jesse used to deal drugs, until Hank caught his partner, which was how Walt ran into him in the first place. Jesse has been paying Walt to help him, and Walt has not turned him in because he feels he can really help him turn his life around. He kept this from her because he did not think she would understand his connection to students as a teacher, and he wanted to make sure no one knew about Jesse's problems. As for the excuse for what he did when he was supposed to go visit his mothers, it can be that Jesse began to break down again and had ran away, and Walt had went after him because he thought if he stayed away from drugs then, he could do it forever.

It is actually quite simple. After realizing that he himself (Walter) was linked to the plane crash,.......WALTER WILL TELL SKYLER first of all that he is sorry for keeping things from her the whole time and that the only reason he did it was because he thought he was gonna die. As he COMES TO REALIZE THAT ONE CAN DIE AT ANYTIME (from the plane crash and from the heroin overdose) Walter will still try to fool Skyler by yelling at her saying that if he was actaully having an affair would it really be smart timing of him to pick when she was pregnant and when he had cancer. He will convince her by yelling and eye contact cause he knows an affair is really not true. After he knocks some common sense into her, I believe that Walter will fake another incident, but this time doing something extremley outrageous in order to further prove the hidden case of schitsphrenia that he has been having throughout the entire series. He will tell Skyler that all he could remember doing DURING HIS PERSONALITY CHANGES IS DO EXACTLY WHAT HANK DOES....( BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF ANY SCUMBAG HE SEES, therefore explaining all of the embarrassing and psycho incidents he has brought upon himself throughout the series, yet also giving him a little more time before he does what we all know he is gonna do in the end. Confess. Everything.

user-pic

Walt will loose skyler for good if he tells her about the meth. So instead to get her back he will tell what she believes to be the truth. He will confess to having an affair. By the end of season 3, she'll be back making his life a holy hell!

default userpic

I think Walt will tell Skyler that he made a deal with some men... like a drug runner... and he got a big, one time payment to run some drugs over the border. -- He'll say it was dangerous and he could have died, but he was willing to risk it since he was going to die from cancer. -- That is why he had a second phone, because the men needed to stay in contact with him ... and that they might have more jobs for him in the future.

But he WILL NOT tell her about the Meth. He will lie through his teeth. -- But I do believe someone will find out at the end of season three.

default userpic

Walt won’t be telling Sklyer anything but “rest in peace”, after she and baby succumb from fiery falling plane crash debris raining down on them, as they get out of Dodge in their (wonderfully cast) Grand Wagoneer.
Walt will be praying for a relapse to end his suffering from the loss and especially being left to rear "Corky" as a single parent.
Jesse dies from a broken neck while on "curtain
patrol".

default userpic

I think that since he already refers to Jesse and pot, he will make up an elaborate story of a partnership between the two of them. Selling pot together has turned out very profitable. I think that even though Skyler seems very prude, everyone is much more prone to accept pot over meth!

default userpic

Walk will have to lie to Skyler. Here's my idea -

Walt has been working on a classified project for the government. He cannot disclose the nature of the project, nor the agency/branch of the gov't for whom he is working. But obviously, it is something that involves chemistry of some sort, and that is why he was picked. Any questions that Skyler has can be shut down with "I cant tell you that! It's classified!".

Walt can then say that the gov't has been giving him cash for his work, so he cannot be traced to any part of the gov't. This is where the money for the chemotherapy and the operation has been coming from. The "second cellphone" was required, so he could be contacted at any time by whom he is working for. The time he "went to see his mom" and the time of his "fugue state" are days when he had to be working on the project directly.

Such a story would be hard to shoot down. It would also give Walt the satisfaction of telling her that he "earned" the money.

Jesse doesn't even have to be mentioned in this whole lie. No real connection has been made to him.

default userpic

By the way... ths story will allow Walt to get out of the house for a few days, from time to time. This will let him "cook", sell, etc...

default userpic

Walt's brother in law is the head guy in the DEA now. Walt will continue to make meth for Gus and make a deal with his brother in law to turn states evidence against Gus in exchange for cash. He can tell his wife the reason he has been acting strange and secretive is because he has been working undercover, which will be confirmed by Hank. Walt knows that Hanks wife is a cleptomaniac and Hank will go along with this storey to keep this a secret and protect his brother in law.

"Remember that time up against the refrigerator...?"

I was going to post this as a joke or not at all, but the more I thought about it, the more I see potential in it. At some point Skyler just could find Heisenberg kind of intriguing.

default userpic

Walter should turn the table on Skyler and claim that he has been the one who has been lied to. Deny that the baby is his and demand a paternity test.

default userpic

he will take advantage of the time he has alone to continue cooking ALOT. Then he will make up another elaborate excuse for why he was lying. He will never tell her that he was selling meth, but he will tell her something that sounds bad enough to lie about.

Walt can't tell her the truth because his psyche needs to keep Walt the Family Man and Heisenberg separate. As long as Skyler doesn't know the truth, he has a sanctuary from Heisenberg and the ugly truths about what Heisenberg has done. He needs a lie that explains the money, the cell phone, the absences and the lies.

I think the best way to get Skyler back is to say that he made the money gambling, preferably counting cards (which would appeal more to Walt's ego and explain why he always wins). He and his partner Jesse (who calls on the second cell phone) go to different casinos and private games, win a few thousand and quit before suspicion is aroused. He didn't tell Skyler because he was risking their money and because he was ashamed of his gambling addiction. Walt may be more of a chemist than a mathematician, but Skyler doesn't necessarily know the difference (and we have seen Walt do some very fast math in his head).

Skyler will think this over and accept it. Walt will offer to go to Gamblers' Anonymous, and Skyler will surpise Walt by actually wanting him to do it more. This will work for a time, but eventually Skyler will want to see Walt in action, which puts Walt into yet another corner.

default userpic

For a while a thought "Hey, I could write this stuff!" Not anymore. The twists and turns rival anything else on TV. Anyway, I don't think that at this point there is anything Walt can say to get back Skyler. He's going to have to show her he deserves her back. Since his cancer is in remission he needs to get his life in order and be there for her. The trick will be how to keep the business running.

user-pic

Walt tells Skyler the absolute truth...even as bad as it is. Skyler will be relieved he was NOT having an affair for one. Two...she just wants Walt to tell the truth for once. Episode One of Season 3 will be a compete flashback as Walt conveys the entire story to Skyler. Walt simply explains he was CONVINCED he was going to die...and made these risky decisions for the future of the family...NOT HIMSELF. Walt convinces Skyler he was not at all in a normal state of mind. He was afraid of dying, afraid of leaving his family with nothing, and afraid of being a burden (to anyone), in the meantime. He was reckless and utterly desperate as he was CONVINCED that he was running out of time on this earth. He saw an opportunity...he took a risk...and it was all a big mistake. It was a decision made out of love...not greed. Played correctly...it just might work. Skyler still loves Walt. Walt still loves Skyler. Walt becomes a silent partner with Gus and trains a new protege.

Steve 4310...just wanted to say...I love the highly classified project idea. As I have suggested in these blogs before...perhaps..the notorious Los Alamos lab or alleged Dulce, New Mexico underground base (genetics lab) are absolutely perfect to add into the script. Both facilities are tied into New Mexico, and that may just work. Walt cannot disclose the details of the top secret project. Those mysterious facilities have to be talked about in that state from time to time. No question about it. Interesting topics to check out. Now for those of you who have never heard of them...simply google search either one...or 'Nightmare Hall'...and enjoy the mystery, intrigue, and conspiracy. As Johnny Carson used to say..."weird, wild stuff."

(Note: Before this scene happens, Walt sees a commercial on TV that offers free grief counseling for the people of Albuquerque who may have witnessed the plane crash. He calls in for a very poignant scene and connects with the grievance counselor which may add a new character to the story...)

"Skyler, if you're afraid to know the whole truth, then at least let me explain part of it...

Everything that's happened since the onset of my cancer has been like a bad dream. There have been days I can't remember, days I don't WANT to remember... The things I've experienced, my God...

I've kept secrets... yes. I've hid my pain, my suffering, because I didn't want you and the family to see it. I created stories and hid things from everyone else to keep you guys from walking this same dark path with me. Skyler, you and I used to share everything together... but not this. I could not bare to share this pain with you. It's not right. It's not fair to you to have to be burdened with this, especially when we were expecting our new child. I tried to protect you from it.

I was starting to lose my mind because I realized... what I was trying to protect you from was... myself.

This cancer actually took a bigger toll on me emotionally than it did physically. There were times I could feel my sanity slipping way, along with my health. I kept quiet because I didn't want to expose you to it. I knew it would scare you. Hell, I scared myself at times...

I kept quiet but, you know, those whole time, I had to be talking to someone, right? I'm ashamed to admit this, but the second cellphone?

...It's my psychiatrist."

Walt could tell Skyler that he has been working on a new drug that can alleviate brain cancer and has been experimenting with it on himself. Thats the reason for the odd behavior and time away from home. The company that is producing this drug is in another state and has made him sign a contract not to divulge its name or whereabouts. Always a good reason for a second cell phone. He will tell her that the drug is why he is in remission. There will be big money when the drug is approved by the FDA.

default userpic

I think Walter is going to break down and tell Skyler, whom he loves very much, the absolute truth. She of course will be extremely angry and probably never want to talk to him again and Walter will come up with some plan to "make up" for all the bad deeds he has done; beginning with possibly giving all the money away and vowing never to cook again.......... Of course we all know he will, the chicken guy knows he's the DEA guy's brother-in-law and while he seems like a decent guy (the chicken guy) ultimately he is a drug dealer and when the money starts rolling in from the blue stuff, he will politely inform Walter that Walty is working for him now.....not sure where Saul will come into play but I'm sure he will after all he is a "criminal" lawyer

default userpic

Who said he's lost her? All marriages have a rocky spot or two. Now it's a hard situation & Skyler's interested in Ted, so it makes it an easy time for her to bail. If she meant what she said when she married Walt, she won't act on the attraction. She'll also realize that Ted is just as guilty in his dealings as her husband is in his. Walt has to come clean, say he'll never do it again.......but won't be able to. Jesse's been using needles in a shooting gallery. He's HIV positive & has no health insurance....

default userpic

I like the ideas of Walt telling Skyler that he is doing highly classified work for the government or working on a new cancer drug. At least it would be something that she could grow to accept. He could never tell her the truth, because she would go straight to Hank and Walt would be arrested! He also has to keep cooking because Gus and Saul have him by the balls now that Gus knows that his brother-in-law is a DEA agent. Walt also enjoys the life as Heisenberg too much to give it up now...

user-pic

Walter: "Skyler, honey! There has been a terrible accident- the plane crash. There's debris and bodys all over the neighberhood. There is no way I can pack and move out right now. You need to come back here. The place is a mess. I'm a mess. I need you right now.
I've contacted a marriage councelor to help with our communication issues. I think it will help. I know it will help. We can make this work if we both try. I know it's my fault but, I need you to help save me. I'm not just dying of cancer; I'm dying of love loss for you.

user-pic

"Skyler...there's ROT!"
Another answer that started as a joke, because that line (from an episode a few weeks back) just amuses me, but which then began revealing its hidden potential.

That line could be followed by Walt going into a whole philosophical monolgue about how his bad behavior is just a small manifestation of the ROT going on all over the world
-or-
by his dire warning that if Skyler throws him out, the whole house will be eaten up by the ROT he discovered that week and has only begun to tackle!

default userpic

I think Walt will explain his abnormal behavior and absence to the family by telling Skylar he has been spending a lot of time training midgets in clown suits to juggle a water balloon, a bottle of tapatio hot sauce and a piece of chicken while he eats cheetos.

default userpic

I haven't read all the responses, so hopefully nobody's said this before:

To get Skylar back, Walter will say, "Baby, I don't have a problem with you smoking anymore; in fact, if you come back, I will give you all you can handle of the best Blue Sky meth that's ever been cooked!"

default userpic

Things happen fast on Breaking Bad so I think Skyler will return when news of the plane crash spreads. She still loves Walt so she will return to the house to check on him. They see each other, embrace, apologize, cry like babies and stay together.

Skyler will crucify Walt for any explanation of his whereabouts, second cell phone or his recent behavior. There is NO lie, excuse, or rambling as to the events taken place in the last two Season's that Skyler is willing to believe because Walter isn't the meek mild mannered Walt she used manipulate. Plain and simple, Walt's days with Skyler are over...he has changed...he has Heisenberg to back his personality when pushed into a corner and Skyler can't berate him anymore. Walt will move on with a new direction involving more sinister actions because he has to..its the only part of Walt that has made accomplishments in a short period of time and has given him power he never felt before. We will see Walt grow into a monster before our eyes, test our empathy of him, and wonder if he can be saved from this downward spiral of moral decay. Once Skyler knows she can't control Walt now, she will move on to Ted who is willing to be pushed around to cover himself from embezzlement of his company's monies and Skyler holds the cards to Ted's future.

user-pic

Boy, all you guys are good plot writers. Having been in the situation where my wife left me, I know there is nothing a man can say when his wife is determined to leave. Walt is going to have come clean with Sky and they going to have to agree to some serious counseling. Or Sky will need to become complacent in Walt's activities.

default userpic

Walt will tell her that he's been making money from something illegal, but it won't be from meth. He might find out about Ted's methods of making extra money for his company, and since Skyler seems to already be accepting what Ted does, he might claim something similar. Skyler seems to understand Ted's justification of doing it to protect his employees, so Walt might admit to some sort of white collar crime and convince her that he was only doing it for his family.

default userpic

Winning Skyler back will be tough. Walt is in way too deep, telling the truth would deffinatly shatter his marriage. Skyler could never live married to a man that she knows has made pounds and pounds of a dangerous subtinace that possibly has killed or ruined many lives. So he needs to keep lying. Walt needs to sit her down quietly and tell her he has a secret life that has left him no choice but to lie to her face about his where abouts. Stating that he was approached by a top secret government agency asking him to work for them for a substantial amount that he couldn't refuse including medical coverage. Also adding that the "naked walk" was all their idea to cover up an exsposure to a dangerious chemical that left him incapacitated. Answer any questions with "Skyler I've already told you too much, No one is sapposed to know not even family." Walt then lets her peak at the fake bank account that Saul could arrange; exsplaining why he never wanted charity moneys then off to Nordstroms they go. ;)

What the hell is this "pick at random" stuff? (As if anything was random...) I want a hoodie. I'll lie, steal, and kill for a "Breaking Bad" hoodie.

The question was:
"What do you think will happen in season 3?"
This is what I think and I am probably way wrong. But my guess is just a guess. Skylar left Walt. This has to be devastating to him. She has ulterior motives though. She might hook up with Ted. Anyway, Ted and his former girlfriend/wife? left him for some reason. I am guessing she caught him cheating. (They don't call him grabby hands for nothing, ha ha!) Skylar will soon see him for the rat he is and wonder what the hell Walt was up to this whole time. She will understand that ultimately Walt broke bad to provide for his family.
Not sure what else will happen, but I have seen enough of real life to bet my bottom dollar on this scenario.
By the way, bee otches, I got me a Breaking Bad t-shirt!

Repost:

Hell yeah! I got myself a "Breaking Bad" t-shirt. I will wear it with great pride 'till the cows come home!
No no, I will wear it until people will ask me if I go to church all the time. I will kink an eyebrow: "Eh, what's that you say?" They will point to my shirt, seeing it being afflicted with years of use and abuse, and claim I am holy. I will finally pick up what they are putting down and realize, that yes, indeed, my shirt is full of holes.

One more thing. I love this fucking show. They don't sugar coat stuff. It is so real. They have done their research. I really admire a creator that keeps it real. Sure, they throw in some BS here and there, why not, just to keep you wanting more, but for the most part they know how to sculpt great entertainment.

I actually study this show to learn. Learn about what? I don't have a clue. Anyway, the following is my interpretation of a certain scene. Pay attention and it is almost as if you are actually there. :)

Scene 7 (2 minutes and 55 seconds long)

Background noise is birds that are outside. They can be heard from inside the apartment.
The chemist is wearing a button up shirt, with a white t-shirt under beneath, and slacks. Jesse is wearing an orange t-shirt that has the print if a pumpkin’s face on it. The chemist wears glasses. He is also bald but not really he is just shaved very close on his head. He also wears a watch on his left wrist.
Jesse’s apartment. The chemist has a map spread out telling Jesse that he needs to employ more dealers.
“All right, now this is our territory, right? Currently.” He is wearing a wedding band on his left hand. Mr. White snaps his fingers at Jesse repeatedly. “Hey! Hello?”
“Yeah man, currently.” Jesse mumbles.
The cook has a fold-up map layed out on the counter and gets worked up, really worked up and exclaims, “Now look at this, look at this, here, here, here, and here. What does that look like to you? Hmm? Opportunities. Golden ones! That’s what that looks like. No look, look it’s an entire city full of buyers. Now why aren’t we exploiting that?”
“Because it is not our territory.”
“Because we lack initiative.”
“Initiative?”
“Yes.”
“Ahhh.” Jesse shakes his head and rolls his eyes.
“You need to employ more dealers. Double, triple your crew. Those three I met they should each have 3, 6, 9 subdealers working for them. Exponential growth. (as he repeatedly taps the map with his index finger) That’s the key here!”
Jesse vehemently objects, “It’s not our territory! Man, yo, you follow me? (as Jesse scratches the back of his head with his right hand) You hear? Huh? We go rolling into these neighborhoods…other crews aint gonna take kindly. You understand?”
With a reassuring voice, “Sure, they won’t like it…but I say they’re not going to do a thing about it.”
“Oh?”
“Now listen Jesse—“
“No.”
“Jesse!...The game has changed. The word is out. And you are a killer.”
“What are you talkin’ about?”
“Apparently it’s all over town. Somebody crossed you. You got angry. You crushed their skull with an ATM machine.”
Jesse objects, “That’s not how it happened!”
“Who cares? Just as long as it’s our competitors who believe it and not the police.”
“Oh my Go—.” Jesse throws his hands out in exasperation and disbelief and then throws himself to the floor into his makeshift bed.
The chemist leaves his map and goes over to Jesse, who is under covers on the floor, and kneels down to talk,“No don’t you see how great this is? Look you…you are…uh…(He walks over to him kneels down and taps him on the left shoulder. Jesse is lying down on his stomach) Jesse look at me. You are a blowfish.”
“What?”
With a soothing voice, “A blowfish. Think about it. Small in stature. Not swift. Not cunning…easy prey for predators but the blowfish has a secret weapon. Doesn’t he? Doesn’t he? What does the blowfish do Jesse? What does the blowfish do?”
The blinds are down, as usual, in the living room. The sunlight hits the guys from the late evening degree angle.
“I don’t even know what—“
“The blowfish puffs up, ok, the blow fish puffs himself up 4 or 5 times larger than normal, and why? Why does he do that? Because it makes him intimidating. That’s why. Intimidating. So that the other scarier fish are scared off and that’s you. You are a blowfish. (Jesse sits up fully with his elbows resting on his knees) You see, it’s just all an illusion. You see, it’s nothing but air. Now who messes with the blowfish Jesse?”
“Nobody.”
“You’re damn right.” The chemist says quickly with conviction.
“I’m a blowfish.” Jesse says in a questionable and low voice.
“You are a blowfish. Say it again.” In the corner of the living room is a piece of corner furniture that was evidently supplied with the place. The architect made their mark.
“I’m a blowfish.” Jesse says in a husky voice while picking at his fingernails.
“Say it like you mean it.”
“I’m a blowfish!”
“You’re a blowfish!” the chemist exclaims and gets so excited he goes into a coughing fit while Jesse responds with glee and says,“Yeah! Blowfishin’ this up!” as he reaches for his bong, yanks out his lighter to take a hit of marijuana.

Yay. Reality is better than fiction, eh?

I dedicate this post to my fallen soldiers who have left this world in the last 2 years. May they rest in peace.

Ha ha ha cactus87101. Our beloved writers know better than to feed us that.
Walt has been through quite a bit lately. He is acquiring powerful manipulative skills. Nothing wrong with this skill, but it takes a special someone to know when and when not to demonstrate this.
If I was him, I would not sit around feeling sorry for myself. If Skylar come crawling back to me I would spit on her. Did you see the cold shoulder she gave Walt at the doctor's meeting? Lies or no lies, the best way to deal with these "unfortunate miscommunications" is to nip it in the bud as soon as possible.
Obviously, she had been planning this departure for quite some time...there is so much we do not know. Walt needs to cut his losses and wise up a little to keep his ass out of real trouble. Walt, where are you my boy? I would have let her die too. It's a cruel world, but as they say no good deed goes unpunished.
So I leave with this:
Neeners, I got me a "Breaking Bad" t-shirt. In your face, just kidding.

Skyler is not going to reconcile with Walt. There's not a thing he can say or do after the way he's behaved for two seasons. I think she would have left long ago if Walt was not dying. Since he's in remission this is Skyler's opportunity to get out.

I think Skyler will start dating her boss. Walt will continue on the same path since Skyler is gone anyways. Jesse will clean up and get off Heroin, but he wouldn't seem right if he wasn't a tweeker! I think the biggest problems are going to come from the fact that they trusted both Walt's and Jesse's money to that sneaky frickin' lawyer Saul Goodman. I want to be one of the twitch cases on your show. I could be a good one show Tweeker like Spooge's girlfriend!

He will tell Skyler that he had a breakdown when he found out he was dying and couldn't tell her. He couldn't fathom borrowing the money from Gretchen and Elliott and ended up asking Jesse to hook him up with a person from which he could borrow the money, albeit at an elevated interest rate. He thought that if he died, his debt would vanish- he would admit his naivete and explain that all of his absences were his trying to meet with Jesse and figure out how to get out of his debt. He had the second cell phone because of Jesse's questionable activites and his not wanting to be linked to him.

i think that he will say that he did have an affair cuz he doesnt want the real truth to come out cuz he might think that it is far worse and the punishment would also be far worse(like going to jail and not being there for his kids). then by telling her that she thinks it will be ok to have an affair with her boss.

I don't think Walt will win Skylar back in season 3.
If she finds out he is dealing, she will never return to him. Especially with her interest in Ted! He is not going to tell her the truth. I am not sure he is able to tell the truth anymore! Hank will finally realize who Heisenberg is, he suspects already.
Jessie will rehabilitate for a while, but old habits die hard and Jessie hasn't really had a real job. However, Walt doesn't need Jessie anymore for connections so friction will develop between them.Hank will probably make a deal with Walt in the form of informant in order to get the bigger distributors. Marie and Skylar will know nothing about any of this!!

Walt will tell her everything. I think Skylar will think of a way to help Walt with the money and Ted with his problems somehow merging Walt's money and Ted's business. Walt probably will also fund the drug money through his son's website. I'm just saying!
