CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY THE MONOLOGUES PROVIDED DO NOT MATCH THE DIALOGUE IN THE ACTUAL EPISODES?
I have watched my itunes copies of BB several times and I knew the moment I read the 3 dialogues that they were NOT verbatim from the show. I ask this for my benefit in the contest:
1. Can we perform the scenes as they were performed on the show or will this cost us?
2. If the answer to #1 is not clear cut - will performing the scenes as performed by Bryan Cranston disqualify or cost us since Mr Gilligan is the ultimate decision maker?
3. Why were the monologues provided in the contest NOT verbatim - are you searching for talent by proposing a different execution in the same situations? (That would make sense if we are required to do them verbatim)
I cannot make my entries without this info as I wish to stick to the show OR the script provided being that Mr. Gilligan may be looking for talent as explained in my 3rd question....please someone with authority answer this as it is the only hinderance to my submission at this time and thank you for a wonderful piece of art.
