This is a brilliant show and i have been watching TV from way back since its infancy. It runs me thru the gamit of emotions and keeps me on the edge of my seat as few have in my experience. I dont want to ramble on which I tend to do but I just want to express my thanks to AMC for putting on this remarkable series put together by gifted writers,producers,directors and actors. I hope the powers that be decide to let this series continue because it is an oasis from the mediocracy on the tube nowadays. As the great legendary Al Jolson used to say, "You aint seen nothing yet." My prayer is that the show and Mr.Cranston get Emmys.

This show is excellent. AMC has been producing some quality original programming, and Breaking Bad has been the best of it. Promotions like this are awesome.

This is one of the best shows on TV. PLEASE bring it back for more seasons. The characters are perfect - Jesse and Walt especially. The writing is sharp and the storylines are well thought out. Vince Gilligan - I've never heard of you before, but you're a genius !!! Also, big time kudos to Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul - simply outstanding acting. Award worthy for sure.

Please tell us when the 2nd season is due, I've gotta know, this sitcom is by far very well written and is easily comparable to the addictive nature of the drug (meth) itself.

I recently got into this show because I heard good things about it. I must say, I was not disappointed.

I can't get over how great this show is. The acting is perfect, every episode feels like a mini-movie. Both my girlfried and I take time out of our busy schedules as med students to watch this. Ple, please, please give the show a season 2.

It's a great show, the writing is excellent its a very dry and dark comedy . When you think you have it figured out you get hit with a uppercut of action. I can really identify with walt he's a normal joe. The actors play off of each other very well. I can't wait for season two.

I just got turned on to this show by a friend. Not one who watches a lot of TV shows, to my surprise I find "Breaking Bad" very compelling. I agree with everyone who hopes there will be more episodes to come!

This is an incredible show! I love the stark reality of the illness and dealing with the treatments. I love the smartness of the writing and how chemistry is woven in the story line. Bryan Cranston is superb. I never would have guessed that the goofy father from Malcolm in the Middle would have been so comfortable and real in a drama like this.

This is the best show on tv and I'm addicted to it. Please bring us another season!

I agree with many other posters here, this really is the best show on TV right now. It's truly rare to see characters this complex within a weekly series. Love the black humor too. Truly brilliant.

I love the show! I watched the season the first time and am watching it again. I DVR it so I can share it with everyone I know who hasn't started watching it. The acting is beyond great! The storyline is interesting, funny, touching, etc. This show has it all!

I tuned this show in out of curiosity within 5 min. was hooked its like glass ive told everyone to watch if they dont then they have missed an incredible buzz god i love this show just one prob. the season was to short hope with the writers strike over next season will be longer when the heck is next season

As a high school chemistry teacher of numbnuts like Walt teaches, he's my hero.

As a chemistry teacher myself I love the fairly accurate science content in this show!

I was sittin' around one day thinking that I'd like to find a realistic show set in suburbia with unsavory activities going on, ala "River's Edge" with it's drug using back street kids. I started flipping stations and stumbled on Breaking Bad. It has certainly filled the bill and much more. I couldn't have found anything more enticing. This is probably my favorite show of all time and it's still in its infancy. I can't wait for more.

Totally love this show -- a very worthy follow-up to the absolutely groundbreaking and breathtaking 'Mad Men'. Can't wait for Season 2 of both entries!

Very good show, we never miss it. Always nice to have the "anti-hero". Question: are 2 versions made of each episode? I watched it twice at 2 different times ( I have DISH Network) and one had a woman in a black bra, and the other one she was topless, but her breasts were fuzzed out. I think it might have been the 1st episode.

not since the pilot episode of lost have i been so on the edge of my seat,and even though i love it(lost) EVERY EPISODE of breaking bad has me on the edge.i never was a big fan of malcom in the middle but enjoyed the character of hal.then i saw bryon cranston on celebrity poker showdown and became a fan.here's to hoping for a longer season 2 asap!

I watched every episode of Season 1 back-to-back. Amazing plot, stellar acting, great soundtrack... this series has it all. How wonderful to see that, amid all the reality TV, there's some real quality being produced.

AMC just keeps rolling out better shows every season it seems. I love this show and watched the first season with total enjoyment. I didn't think I'd like two meth producers, but I love the characters and root for them now. Looking forward to season two. AMCTV has more creative talent than anything HBO has put out in a long time. Who needs HBO? I love my AMC shows and will be looking for my BB magnets.

This show is the best drama on TV since The Wire. The characters are complex and the constant flirting with what's "right" and "wrong" hits all the right notes. Plus, it's darkest moments are tempered by some light-hearted (but still respectful) humor, which is something that The Wire was never able to do. Bravo! Glad AMC renewed for season two. (I brought you 1 pound of comments. Now, where's my magnets!?)
