I think Skyler would Say... What the hell are you thinking? in a a very harsh tone of course. Walt would be in deep trouble probably more than he would be if the cops found out...
"you've been cooking for this long and we still live in this crap hole! Walt, get back out there and sell meth like you mean it!"
"Walter! Have you lost your mind?!? Your brother-in-law is a damn DEA agent! Meth? Is that why you've been so frisky lately?"
Skyler:
*gasp*...
(chops open, unsettled facial expressions)
dead silence... then
"Walter! You could kill someone with that stuff!!!"
Walt:
(detail onto eyes) *looking horrified/caught red-handed*

Well for starters I don't think she would say anything right out at first, She would probably burst into tears. Afterall pregnant women are very emotional. Then she would say Walt How could you do this to me? do this to our family? The rest would unravel itself.
She'd say...
"That awful Walt. You have to stop right away and to make amends you have to give Pamala a toy Winnebago."
I think she would start to cry and ask him why. Walt would say "We need the money, i dont want to leave this familly with nothing". After a long pause she would glance over to him and ask, "how much have you made"? He would show her the money and greed would hit here as well. She would forget how illegal it is and ask him to be careful and make more.
